We love Jimmy Johns! We ordered on the app for pick up. The app is easy to use. Upon arrival, the staff was friendly and greeted us as we entered. The facility was clean and inviting. Our food was ready quickly. It tasted fresh and it was very good. It was fair priced.

Love Jimmy John’s so much!! This location is always super fast with delivery. And the food is always delicious! We customize all our sandwiches and they’re always made correct! Good little sub spot. The young lady w dark hair and glasses was very helpful and informative. She let me know that they’re toasting their sandwiches now and told me about the new sandwiches coming soon. She seem to like her job and is doing very well at it. All 3 workers were nice and doing a good job! Food was delicious too!

I love jimmy johns always normally but the lack of care the teenagers at this facility had for me as the customer made me sad. They messed up the sandwich I gave them very specific directions on. When I noticed it was wrong I came back inside and told them which they proceeded to tell me I was “lying” and never told them anything. Destroyed my finances sandwich with sauce so much the bread was soggy. I wouldn’t have minded at all I get it but it was just that when I came back inside to ask about my concerns they were incredibly rude.

The teenagers that worked there were so nice, however, management (specifically Lauren) was an issue. Maybe sandwiches would be delivered in a timely manner and customers would feel more comfortable going in if they put somebody mentally stable in charge. Surely, it can’t be hard to find someone who can make a sandwich AND pass a drug test. Until that happens, I’ll stick to Subway.

This is the last chance I give this location. For the past 5 or 6 delivery orders there have been items missing. I order box lunches for myself as well as the grandkids when they are here. But it is really getting ridiculous when items are always missing and then it takes them an hour to get it out to you. No “Freaky Fast” delivery when the order is not compete and has to be brought back out. Over it.

I would stay away from this store during lunch time or whenever Lauren is the manager. She is very rude and disrespectful and has no concern for customers, only for the bottom line. I had a sandwich that was made incorrectly by another store (Speedway) a reasonable distance away. They were incredibly nice btw… just made a mistake on my sandwich. I came into the Danville store to ask if they would handle the issue for me and the 2 younger employees were very happy to help me and even apologized for what had happened. I thanked them and even told them there was nothing to apologize for. The young man started to make my wrap for me when Lauren approached him and told him to stop immediately. She then approached me and informed me that they would not be fixing another stores mistake and if I wanted the wrap from them that I would have to pay for it again… full price.

Phenomenal service every time. Think something is wrong ? No problem. Just ask amd they’ll fix it. Fresh food sliced everyday? Can’t ask more than that. Speedy delivery and carryout order. And a super cute pink haired guy works there.
