We were just passing through for the night after a softball tournament. The kids wanted pizza and the embassy suits across the way suggested this place and said that it was a good pizza joint. They were correct. We would have not stumbled across this place on our own I don’t think. So shout out to the embassy suits for this one BUT the pizza was great and the service was good. They were busy when we showed up but to be fair it was a Friday night around 7PM. They were fast with the order and I think we waited about 20 mins ish for the pizza once the order was taken. They even brought out a pizza dough ball for my son to play with while waiting for food. I thought that was cool and something different. He really loved that. We got their ginormous 26 inch pizza and it took a WHOLE TABLE to hold it. our eyes were bigger than our bellies for sure! The picture does not do it justice. They brought the pizza out and we were the spot light of the restaurant. I will say we had out GMA with us and they put us at a high top table but there wasn’t any other options so if you have people that have issues with higher chairs be aware they had lower tops but they were all taken so… again be aware. But over all great experience and great spot!

We came during the dinner rush after my son’s soccer game. Hostess sat us at the bar right away. The bartender, Brittain, was excellent and helped me find a beer that I would enjoy! Despite being so busy, our pizzas came fast! They were delicious! My family will DEFINITELY be returning for the pizza, atmosphere and service!

Minsky’s has good pizza and most of the other food is good too. The service is generally good at their various locations. You’re gonna pay for it though. A much as I may like it I’ve started going other places if I need to feed more than one other person.

This was possibly the worst service experience I’ve had at any restaurant. We got a table, met our waiter, made our order. We then waited 45 minutes and never once saw our waiter during that time. Finally found him, asked for a refill and an ETA on our food. He left, got the refill, brought it back and not a word about our food. Waited another 15 minutes. Grabbed another worker and asked about our food. She asked around for 5 minutes then our waiter came back and said he forgot to place our food order “during the rush.” It was 6:30pm and the place wasn’t even half full. Needless to say we left without food, never talked to a manager and will not be coming back to this location.

First time visiting this Minsky’s and what an AWFUL experience. When I arrived I stepped to the hostess station. For several minutes multiple workers stared and whispered and never addressed me. After many minutes, I finally asked two guys in front of me did they work here but they were customers and were kind enough to say, we’ll grab someone for you. When a server came over he seemed confused as to why I wanted him. I then asked are you open and he replied yes. I then stated can I be seated. I also let him know that multiple people are looking right at me and whispering, but not acknowledging my presence or assisting me. His response was we’re in a meeting. I also need to mention I was the only customer in the store waiting to dine in. Someone from mgt soon approached my table and I expressed my concerns. I HOPE if or when I return I do not have this problem again.

Kanas City barbecue seems to get all the talk, but Minsky’s Pizza is up there with my favorites. I love a good amount of cheese on my pizza and they don’t skimp. Great sauce as well. Service was good at this location in Olath too

Blessed to have Maddy as our server. Super polite, took the initiative to ask questions to management when I was curious about a few things and overall enthusiastic to be of service. I would’ve given the atmosphere a one or a two but management was willing to turn off the TVs in our visible region, which I thought was really polite. There was no one else around us so we were not a bother to anyone by doing that.

We stopped in for lunch here for the first time. We started with an appetizer that was delicious. The bread was soft and crunchy at the same time and was a large portion. My gf got the calzone but she wasn’t a fan of the bread. She did enjoy the inside filling. I got the Meatball Sandwich and it was fantastic. The prices are really good for the amount of food that you can get and they have plenty of options to choose from.
