It’s been a while since I’ve been to Subway, so l decided to get a sub—and I was truly delighted.
Ashley made my sandwich exactly the way I asked and had an amazing attitude. Her customer service went beyond what you normally see in fast-food restaurants. She always had a smile, no matter what.
While I was eating my sub, I noticed that every customer who came in was greeted and served with the same love and positive energy she showed me. Honestly, it was great customer service all around. Her recommendations were spot-on-especially the cookies, which I loved!
Definitely a place I’Il be coming back to more often.

We visited the restaurant today for lunch and observed an employee working on an online order while no other customers were present in the store. The employee did not look up, appearing to avoid eye contact. She walked past us to retrieve a drink. She NEVER acknowledged our presence. When she completed the online order, she rudely stated ” white or wheat”. I walked out. Customer service is non-existent. I’d rather pay more for good service.

This guy is the manager or an employee I’m not sure but this is ridiculous, I never seen someone count the pickle and the olives he literally put 6 from each , the amount of lettuce he puts was a shame , I got a veggie sandwich that basically has nothing inside I had to tell him please add more few times and still the amount is ridiculous, asked for cucumber he put me exactly 4 ,the guy is cheap and rude and don’t care about the costumer no wonder nobody was there but me .
Not to mention he charged me extra for cheese and put few sprinkles of shredded cheese .
This is the worst subway I ever had.
I felt bad so I bought it , I should have left and tell him he is a cheap and rude person .
Do yourself a favor and don’t go to this location. Really disappointed and horrible customer service.

Stay far away from this subway location. Number one they don’t accept any manufacturer coupons number two they do not honor any online or app order specials. They cancel your order and then your money is held for several days until returned to your initial form of payment. It perplexes me that these franchise owners can pick and choose what specials they want to honor and waste people’s time. The owner was unwilling to work with me. So please don’t give this location any of your business.

Worst subway I have ever been in. I understand that the employees here don’t get paid that much to even care but damn… They really won’t do anything at all. Not serve food, not take of the customers, nothing. Had an order online that got canceled for who knows what reason (mind you, they didn’t even tell us they canceled it) so we thought pulling up would be best since it could just be the internet. Nope, got canceled with no notification and then we asked we could get the same order there and the person “working” there said “no, that order can only be made online”…
Okay, what a waste of time.
