This was my first time ordering from Tropical Smoothie. I ordered through the app for curbside pick up. The app states that there are instructions for curbside pick up at the restaurant. I didn’t see any instructions or marked parking spaces for curbside pickup.

Tropical Smoothie Cafe is hands down the best smoothie spot in town! The Mocha Madness is my go-to—it’s always blended perfectly smooth and stays frozen longer than any smoothie I’ve had elsewhere. Service is fast, the staff is friendly, and everything is consistently fresh and delicious. Amazing customer service and great food every time. Definitely a must-try! ✨

But dear lord. You’d better hope you don’t get stuck in the drive-thru behind someone with a smoothie. Or multiple smoothies.
It takes like an extra ten minutes, which is annoying especially when I can get up there, get my food, and go.

Of course you can never go wrong with Tropical Smoothie Cafe, but this store was very clean and the staff was super fast. I was in and out and they did not disappoint… I may have a new addiction now

I love the peanut butters smoothie, but don’t ever get the green one. I swear to you within an hour. You’re gonna not be able to leave the bathroom. Their food wasn’t that bad either. Just a little bit pricey, from what you’re getting a little less rabbit, food and more meat.

Chicken pesto was cold, tomatoes were crunchy, cheese had never SEEN a heat source!
Banana had to be returned bc of the inedible brown spot (not just a ripe banana, it was a gross hole)
Customer service was good, very attentive, apologized for the banana. The employee didn’t know where I should go in the app to get the free smoothie, but that’s okay!
Mens bathroom out of order!
