We are used to the quality wings and outstanding service served at the Karll road Ange’s’pizza. This place greatly lacks in food quality, customer service skills and the atmosphere is basic at best.. we only called this location because our regular Ange’s was out of wings. These wings were excessively greasy lacked sauce, and what’s just real unappealing. Hope you’re able to turn things around. But I can’t see why you had No customers on a Friday evening. Best of luck to you.

I’m sharing because I am a regular since this location opened! However, I will not be a returning customer after tonight. The service was non-existent which I understand it’s a Friday night I can’t imagine the amount of orders they receive. The employees were down right NASTY! 1st guy with the glasses kept scratching his beard and picking at his skin and nose and he did not have on gloves. I literally watched this man stick his fingers in and around his nose because it may have itched. He didn’t have a care one the world if he was being watched. It was like he was completely zoned out and at home cooking for himself. He went from touching money, the computer, the credit card machine, scratching his neck, picking at the bumps in his beard, scratching his ears with his fingers, answering the phone and taking orders, to frying food, prepping boxes for the cooked food, cutting the pizzas, picking up the fallen food on the counter, grabbing the parchment paper with those same hands and he did all of this without washing his hands or putting on gloves. He is always nice and prompt as the whole staff usually is.
The customer service is not the issue here.
They have younger guys and a young lady preparing food in the back. The chubby brown skinned one was playing with the already made dough on the rack. Wiping his hands on the dough bc they were dirty. I catch him in the act he just stared at me like nothing happened and he kept making pizzas. One guy was walking around with his coat on and his hood up. They had one guy playing so much that the guy with the glasses had to yell at him multiple times to get serious. NO-ONE HAD ON GLOVES or Hairnets. They were scratching their heads, scratching their skin, they had foul language music on their phones playing loudly, playing on their phones, had on slippers and socks, and NOT ONE PERSON CARED ABOUT FOOD SAFETY! it was literally like watching a bunch of teenagers make food at home. NOT ACCEPTABLE
I really enjoyed coming to this place because the pizza is great the girl in the front has great customer service but all in all me and a few other people sat and watched and the employees were completely careless and disgusting.
No I didn’t make a fuss I simply waited for my pizzas, left, threw them away and went home. Please get it tighter I want to see this location succeed but NOT under these circumstances. I will be posting the video from my meta glasses on my TikTok, Facebook and Instagram. Someone has to stand up for how food is being prepared and how these people are treating our food. We’re spending money at these places and the employees are completely careless and just nasty.

This is my first experience and I ordered delivery. I’m simple and I just like a pepperoni and cheese pizza and it was fantastic. The ingredients tasted fresh and the crust was the best part. Great texture being crispy and buttery. The best pizza I’ve had in Columbus in a while.

I’m not one to complain but the food ordered this evening was not good. For the price I paid for a medium pizza, chicken wings and tenders not happy. Pizza was thicker and greasy, chicken tenders were over cooked and tasted horrible and the wings were still frozen had the toss them. The gentleman at the counter was nice but that’s about it.

Good pepperoni and sausage pizza. I enjoyed the thinner crust. Pizza could have used a little more seasoning in the sauce. It was good though. The wings were also good. I would definitely prefer a more flavorful wing sauce. The wings were tender and the meat literally fell off of the bone. I enjoyed their food. Will order again and try different stuff. Delivery was fast as well.

Very bland, paid for extra cheese and if this is “extra” I’d hate to see what they put on a regular. Also the cheese is very rubbery. The crust is also super weird, I’ve never had anything like it before. It was crispy but chewy and cardboardey? Idk, I’m not sure how it could’ve been all of those things at once but it was lol. We got a small and it was $12.30. It wasn’t the worst pizza, but since we live pretty far away we probably won’t try it again. It looks a lot better than it tasted.

Ordered from here for the very 1st time through Uber eats. The pizza was burnt which was pretty disappointing. I cant stand burnt pizza! Mozzarella sticks just okay. Wings were just okay as well. Total bummer had high hopes.
