Always a great variety of delicious soft Kombuchas here. They also have a selection of coffees and toast. The Beet Carrot Ginger booch was enticingly tart with beet on the front end with a strong ginger finish and just a hint of carrot to round out the mix…. Just like my wife
Small stage in the front corner for live music, art for sale, stickers, tee shirts, prints, paintings and more. We come to Palmer every week to help at STRIDE and have stopped here several times. The booch is always great and the service friendly. We will be back. This is a great place to refuel after a challenging MatSu hike. Today it was Lazy Mountain Lazy Moose loop. Did not make it to the top today but there is always next week. The 203 in the name is from the two hundred and three families in the original colony that eventually became Palmer. Are people from Palmer referred to as “Palmeranians”? If not, they should be
Or maybe Palmericans or Palmerites. Either way, come to 203 Kombucha for a relaxed friendly vibe and some great kombucha.
Open everyday 11 to 8 PM
Tuesday – Chess Night
Wednesday -Trivia Night
Friday – Open Mic Night

Spectacular. Couldn’t get enough of the samples so I took some to go! I loved how I got to combine tap flavors to make my desired kombucha. What a splendid time at the bar listening to live music and casually chatting to the brewer and other employees

Brian and David the owners are amazing, they love to truly connect and help fill their customers with love. Records are available to choose from to set the mood. I highly recommend a flight of all the flavors and a small pint of the small batch. The avocado toast is excellent.

The Kombucha here is NOTHING like the store-bought Kombucha I’ve had to date. Absolutely the best Kombucha I’ve ever had! Unique model where you can sample a variety of flavors, then just sit and sip some favorites in a chill atmosphere. They even have a little corner with kids’ toys and books. Highly recommend visiting, especially if you’re new to Kombucha!

The staff is super nice, it has a very nice niche atmosphere with kombucha made locally! Their avocado toast is also very well done and totally worth the price. If you’re into kombucha or coffee, this is the place to stop by for sure.

THE BEST KOMBUCHA I’VE EVER HAD! A kombucha that was not only palatable but delicious! I didn’t like kombucha until I came here. I would always try it, but it would be too vinegary and sour. I did a flight and my favorite kombucha was the crow berry. I liked it so much, I got two small bottles to take back to my hotel. Five stars! Highly recommend. I’d go back. This place is worth the visit. You won’t be sorry.

A fabulously diverse selection of small batch kombucha with regional, seasonly inspired flavors. The “sappy sour” was my favorite – nice bite with a smooth finish. The owner greeted us like longtime friends and let us taste a new batch straight from the barrel. LPO
