I was really looking forward to chicken taquitos, I know they don’t specialize in Mexican food but there was seriously barely any chicken if any at all!!! It honestly seemed like they were stuffed with some sort of starch!!! I rarely ever leave bad reviews but this was beyond disgusting!

Waited 45 minutes to get an order of chicken tenders, when I approached the person running the cash drawer she went to check on the progress of the ticket, the cook looked at the receipt and shrugged his shoulders and kept on making orders. Waited another 5-7 minutes for the manager to arrive to refund my order, she seemed annoyed that she was called in the first place. It seems that this establishment lacks leadership/management, this is the only negative of Ameristar, everything else is top notch. Stay away from this place till they get some type of leadership.

it felt amazing to come into this Deli. it’s such a peaceful, calm and quiet part of the obnoxiously loud, seizure inducing mess of a place that the hotel/casino Ameristar is. The service here was great and the employees here were very kind as well. the food wasnt perfect but it was nice to be able to eat as late as 2 A.M.

Did not seem to be managed very well. Full trash cans, order system is odd (calling names) two people with the same name, in our case someone grabbed one of our two bags, but the waitress said we took two. The whole process just didn’t seem efficient and food wasn’t worth the hassle. Maybe it was just a very busy Saturday and they weren’t ready

Use to get a hamburger & fries for a decent price and it was plenty food. The hamburgers are now…very tiny. Maybe 4 bites. Why did waypost change a good deal? I’ll think twice before buying a meal from Waypost again.

Pretty good food they should stay open till 3 or 4 am since the gambling crowd usually stays up later but food is good here maybe it’s cause i always eat there after a night of drinking so everything is better after that .

Used to be a better value. Got a Southwest Pork sandwich with hardly any meat on it at all. Very disappointed. Will not be going back.

The food here always tase old and dry especially the burger. The pizza is burnt. Also, it’s about a 30-45min wait every time. Go somewhere else.
