Becca was honestly amazing. I didn’t even know she was the manager at first, I just knew she was on point. Super friendly, easy to talk to, and she actually helped me figure out what to order instead of just rushing me through. The suggestion she gave me was … seriously one of the best meals I’ve had there.
You can tell she cares about what she’s doing. The energy was good, the service was smooth, and she made the whole experience better just by how she handled everything. Big shoutout to Becca at the Plantation location. I’ll definitely be back.

First time trying it but loved the customer service. Tiffany was very nice and helped me make a good choice on what to get. I had the Southwest Chicken Salad which was very good. Would definitely recommend.

LOVED the service and atmosphere, but the food was meh or I would’ve left it a 5 star review. Turkey sandwich was real light on the meat, but tasty. Both Chicken Tortilla and Country Potato soup lacked flavor.

Becca the assistant manager and Tiffany were Amazing! It was our first time at the restaurant, and we got a 5 star service. They were very kind and accommodating, they even brought waters to our doggies and we got a complimentary brownie. The food is very good and the sweet ice is is delicious!! Highly recommended!!

Excellent sandwiches and almost never busy.
I have visited this place twice and every time it has been pretty much empty, fast service and great food and their ice tea is in fact the best.
I got the BLT-A this time and it was fantastic light not to many calories just the perfect portion.
Staff is very polite and suggest you different combos to make your meal even better.

Great choices, great prices, great staff..ordered choose 2. Ordered club with side chef salad, chipotle dressing n came with pickle!! .. The portions are perfect as well. Crisp and amazingly fresh food. Will be back. Enjoyed this place very much!! Stopped in again.. The French dip was amazing..and steamed veggies so good. Southwest turkey and Cesar salad. So yummy!

I ordered the gluten sensitive items, so I ordered the spud, which is a baked potatoe, and I ordered some chili. I believe Mcalisters does have gluten-free bread, I just didn’t know that at the time of this recording. But the menu does have gluten sensitive items, which is good for me. overall, it is very good

Enjoyed a nice meal after my Dad recommended this deli. I found a table and ate the meal there. The dining area is huge. The food tasted very good. Prices are decent and the sweet tea is good. Service was helpful and courteous. I had a maxed out potato but next time I believe I will try a sandwich.

First time here and Very Satisfied! I was looking for a sandwich place in the area for lunch and saw that McAlisters had good reviews and the pics look good. Stopped in and got the Grilled Chicken Club and it was great. Also got the Mac and cheese side which was decent. Food tasted fresh, bread was soft, and everything was overall good. The prices are a little higher than your basic sub or sandwich but if you want better tasting or fresher food you pay for what you get. I would highly recommend McAlisters if your are looking for a good lunch. Also, the employees were super nice and friendly. It felt very inviting to be here.
