The food was amazing. Sizes are big, think my burger was 1/2 lb and the kids burgers look like 1/4 lb. Didn’t have a big sea food selection and didn’t say it was local caught. Fish taco and chowder, but I don’t remember much else from the menu. Not a crazy amount of seeing if you have a bigger party 6 would be ok, but not much bigger if you want to sit together. You get your menu and then walk to the counter to order.

The food except for the fries wasn’t that great. My daughter ordered a chicken sandwich and the chicken on the chicken BLT was mushy not juicy. The birria tacos were excessively greasy and consommé was thicker than I would expect it to be. The beer flights were great and one gal that worked with us was amazing. She went above and beyond to make our experience that much better. I wish I got her name as I would give her a shout out. Overall it is a cute place to stop and grab a bite to eat down by the docks. Maybe next time we will stick to burgers and beer…

Great Friendly staff. Clean establishment with great food. We had breakfast. Fast service with a smile. The biscuits and sausage gravy were delicious. The French toast was great and the eggs perfect. They opened at 7. On Friday.

Had a great experience here. Fantastic beer – I had a tasting flight. Their fried cheese curds and mushrooms were super yummy, which may not seem like a big deal but we had a couple of bad experiences in there local spots! We wished we’d stayed there to eat a full meal instead of moving on.

Super good food, substantial portions and decent atmosphere. Prices are totally fair for the quality and size of portions. Had an IPA which was really good too. Only person who could finish their plate was our teenage son. Would not hesitate to return and would 100% recommend this place. Really happy with all aspects of our experience

Great experience after a full day of adventuring, drafts were crisp and not overwhelming, good was fresh and delicious, which the staff made sure everyone felt at home.
They even have a small coffee shop which was so delicious I had to purchase some of their brand to bring back with me, very grateful they allowed that and even found the perfect bag to bring them back in!

The two of us shared the birria fries and had leftovers to take home. The birria was AMAZING!!! You could really taste the cumin and clove the beef was braised in.
For beer, we had the strawberry blonde. It was sooo good! It was very strawberry forward, we were wishing it was hot summer day to really enjoy it. It was the perfect sunny day outside drinking beer!

Both Blackbeard locations have a variety of delicious options, none of which you could ever complain about! Hands down, my favorite restaurant EVER! Their food is consistently good and always something to look forward to! If you go to their taproom location, do yourself a favor and order their birria tacos, French fries, or nachos! You won’t regret it
