The food instantly brought me back to my childhood ..those unforgettable, comforting flavors.
The pollo a la brasa is, without exaggeration, the best I’ve had in the entire United States: juicy, perfectly seasoned, and full of authentic flavor.

We were invited to the pre-opening tasting, and the experience was outstanding. The charcoal chicken was just as delicious and flavorful as in their Miami locations — consistently high quality. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was welcoming and well put together. We’re very excited to finally have Francisca in Orlando. Highly recommended!

I recently moved from California to Orlando, FL, and I live close to this restaurant. My brother recommended it, so I was excited to give it a try. Since I was busy working from home, we ordered takeout. My husband picked it up today, and we ordered a whole chicken, morcilla, tostones, and a few other items. My mom was visiting, so we wanted her to try it too.
When my husband brought the food home, everything looked good at first. However, once we started eating, we found that the chicken was excessively salty, and the tostones were incredibly hard—almost tooth-breaking! It was quite unpleasant. Unfortunately, I don’t think I will be ordering from here again. My mom rated the restaurant a 3 out of 10, my husband gave it a 6 out of 10, and I would have to give it a 0 out of 10.
I hope they can manage the salt levels in their dishes better in the future, as I feel quite dehydrated from the amount of salt I ingested.

I was at the trial dinner and I am so glad I was invited! The chicken is exactly the same as the one in Miami, honestly the quality of the food is top notch and I like that they keep exactly the same standard as the other Franciscas in Miami. Service was also excellent. The restaurant is new and stylish furnished. I highly recommend it!

So hyped that Francisca is finally in Orlando! I used to go to the one in Miami all the time, so I was happy to see them open here. I ordered delivery for a birthday party the other day and it was a total win. Everyone was literally obsessing over the food and asking where it was from. The charcoal chicken is 10/10, but honestly, those arepitas and the sauces are what I dream about. Everything—the sides, the chicken, the whole dinner—was a hit.

Website says opens at 11:30. Walk inside they say they are open for take out only. Pretty disappointed, liked this place when we were in south Florida

You say this has been communicated across your platforms however when I search for your restaurant on Google Maps there is not a single place where it says takeout and delivery only. Not in the initial search, not when I click on your overview, not even when I look at your hours of operation.
So while you may have communicated this via social platforms for someone who is not using them and simply search’s in Google Maps this is not known. Just disappointing overall after finding out there was a location relatively close.
