super unsanitary. the employees aren’t even wearing gloves when touching the customer’s orders. no hand sanitizer at display. i don’t even know how clean their hands are or if they are using hand sanitizer really. the floors and tables are dirty too. could be maintained better.

There are so many Dunkins out there please avoid this one. The workers here are lazy and rude. I have been drinking iced lattes for years. I recently went in here and was given basically a cup of milk. When I tried to say something about it I was hit with ” sir, this is a latte if you want it darker pay for an extra shot.” I have been getting the same drink for years. I think I should know what it looks like. On the same trip the ladies that work the counter decided to sit back and chat while I waited for my sandwich. After 10 minutes! one of them made eye contact and came over to ask what I was waiting for. I have given this dunkin numerous chances since it is the closest one to my house. After this final experience I can say I will never set for there again. I advise others who enjoy their breakfast to steer clear. I will be going back to the farther Dunkin on Jericho Tpke.

Ordering ahead via the app is super easy and always ready by arrival time which is about 5-10 min lead time. The coffee is DD quality and the donuts taste just like they should, just like a donut from any other DD. Strawberry cream cheese is available

They have the glazed stick so it gets 5 stars regardless. Bagel with cream cheese was warm and fresh. Regular blend coffee was not watered down and therefore delicious. My only complaint was they didnt have the midnight blend ready to go. Thanks for a great expierience.

Went on my lunch break to get a cold brew. I ordered one small cold brew and was handed a cold brew with milk. I asked the employee for another one and said I didn’t ask for milk. The employee had an attitude but handed me what I thought was a black cold brew. Upon returning back to work and taking a sip I was met with a mouthful of sugar. I was the only customer at the time and my order still wasn’t correct after the second attempt. I will not be returning to this establishment.
