This was my last stop before returning home. I wanted to grab a treat to end my day while visiting this beautiful city for the 1st time. This shop is located in the downtown area on Broadway. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating plus a variety of treats. I decided to grab some ice and went with the butter pecan praline which was delicious. I only did one scoop and it was good enough due to the scoops are big. Staff was friendly I got the waffle cone with one scoop no extra toppings and it came up to be $9.

Kilwins in Saratoga is a must! Their Ice cream is very yummy and they have a wide variety of flavors. They make their own in house sweet treats from candy apples, chocolate covered pretzels, chocolate covered cookies, chocolate covered rice crispy etc. I had to stop myself from buying more than I can actually handle. It’s very clean in here and the staff are nice. There’s a few menus to make your selections worth while. So enjoy!

This is a nice candy shop. It always smells so good. It can be pricey, but my kids and I like going to get the ice cream and smaller candies. They have regular and seasonal ice cream’s and they are delicious.

Went there for ice cream… It was a cute store tons of fudge and chocolates for sale. You can see the area where they make the candies and there is an ice cream bar in the back. We got some ice cream and sobert. It was delicious! Will be back. The guy helping us was sure to check for my allergies on the ice cream beforehand too!

You can smell the chocolate treats out on Broadway – amazing selection. Dipped apples, caramels, ice cream, fudge – you name it they probably have it. Nice place to stop – even if you have to wait in line for a little while!

Very good place to get candy, ice cream, fudge, and much more. A great selection of all of those things. Ice cream selection always has some great seasonal and limited edition flavors. Staff is amazing. I highly recommend their malts!

On Saturday, September 30, 2023, the evening before the start of the New York State Council of School Superintendents Fall Conference, I visited my usual ice cream parlor in Saratoga while downtown. The previous times that I visited I have always had an older gentleman assist me. This time I had a high school student handle my order. While he smiled and chatted with everyone and had of me, he did ask me for my order, providing me with my ice cream. I handed him the money. With my hand out to receive the receipt from him, he chose the place the receipt on the counter to my right away from my hand. I looked at him with my hand out expecting him to give me the receipt as courteously as I gave him the money. He looked me in the eye and went onto the next customer. As a result, I did not visit the ice cream parlor for the remainder of my stay. Usually, I visit at least two times if not more during my five days there annually.

So I just finished my chocolate chip cookie dough on a waffle cone and sitting here writing this review!!. I just want to say the chocolate chip cookie dough was out of bounds delicious!!, secondly the waffle cone was served warm which is awesome you don’t see many ice cream joints where they give you your cone warm!!. Nicely done kilwins!!
