Ordered from the app. Got a tuna sub with 50% more meat and no cheese due to a severe milk allergy. Got home and it had less meat than normal and had cheese. Once I saw it had cheese it made it to where I could not eat the sub. Not the first time this has happened, sure it won’t be the last.

The family wanted subway. They decided right after I got done grocery shopping at food lion. So it worked out it was right next door and I had frozen food. Tried placing my order on the app 5 times and everytime it would go to saying my card was expired. It doesn’t expire till 2028. So walked over to the store itself and the guy said he had no idea what was going on, was very rude and just acted like he didn’t want to take my order. So I walked out. To bad cause that was 7 sandwiches and sides he would have sold. Guess they don’t care about making money or keeping customers

This review is close to one month late. We traveled to a South Carolina funeral and stopped at this Subway for lunch. We were greeted by the most friendly Subway employee we’ve ever experienced, Mr. Malachi. He was extraordinarily knowledgeable and respectful. Customer service is a rarity today, especially in the fast-food industry. However, Mr. Malachi is the epitome of customer service, and Subway is fortunate to have him on staff.

My husband went to pick up a mobile order a sandwich was made wrong. So I called the older gentleman there said he couldn’t hear could be call me back I agreed because who would argue with that? Well I never received a call I waited 15 mins before trying to call the store back and the phone just rings
Also to add I worked here myself and I know the phone has caller id. So I definitely feel the calls were purposely ignored.

Another update: I made an online purchase on September 27th. Realized I made a mistake called the store. They didn’t make the one item I accidentally ordered but they told me they could not refund it in the store since it was an online order. So then I followed the steps to get my money back. Today is October 8th and there have been no funds sent back to my account. When you try and call the Subway customer service number, it tells you to check your gift card balance to go on to the website and then it hangs up on you. It’s pretty much theft at this point when I filled out two tickets to try and solve the issue and both tickets have been resolved with no payment back to me.
Gave this place another try after multiple bad experiences with employee carelessness about 6 months ago and they’ve managed to turn it around and our food was fresh and delicious tonight.

I sent my granddaughter in on 3/4/25 in Gate City Virginia she told them 2 kids meal and we got only 6 inch which is more expensive. The girl working was rude didn’t ask if wanted heated or toasted. Didn’t give her a chance to add other veggies or sauces on a different sub. It was very awful experience.

I placed a mobile order, they NEVER contacted me letting me know it couldn’t be made because they were out of the bread and cheese I wanted so instead they just picked a random bread and cheese and sent it out, never even mentioned it to me.
If I wanted this I’d have ordered it.
Literally can’t even fathom how they know they were out and instead of contacting the customer just slap something together.
This place is garbage since new management and staff came in.
