Well, the food was decent. A little overcooked in parts which might be expected for wood fired, but it was a bit excessive. Pepperoni slices and the other ingredients were tasty. Ability to customize everything was nice but ended up making the 10″ pizzas close to $20 each.
Service was a bit strange. It took a full 5 minutes for the order taker to acknowledge the guy in front of me, who was just there to pick up a call-ahead order. Everyone else got their orders delivered, so it was just down to me with two people in the truck. Commencing my order of two simple custom pizzas, each ingredient took her 20 seconds to enter into the computer, so it was a few minutes per pizza. Then she added a few ingredients that I didn’t want while she was repeating what I asked for. Ultimately we settled on the pizzas I wanted after the long back and forth ordering process. She said it would be 5 to 10 minutes, and exactly 11 minutes later the pizzas were ready. Wife had to wait in the car since the smoke was so bad.

The pizza (pollo e pumante) was great, and the service was super quick! I ordered at the window and might have waited 5 minutes for my pizza to come out, but no more than that. The pizzas are thin crust and maybe 10″ in diameter, so a whole one was a good lunch. I’m stoked to have a food option somewhere closer to the mesas than downtown again We’ll be back.

Pleased to welcome this little pizza truck to our town with such a great first experience! We ordered two pepperoni pizzas and one with pepperoni, mushroom, and green chile. The ingredients were fresh and high-quality. I’m pretty sure the mushrooms were fresh portabellas.
The wait for three pies was less than 10 minutes, even with customers ahead of and behind us. The pizzas are a good size—enough to really fill you up. For lighter eaters, like my daughter, there was even enough left over for lunch the next day.
Customer service was excellent, prices were fair, and the quality was well worth it. They have a couple small tables, if you’d like to enjoy it there on site. I’ll definitely be back to try the salads, pastas, and sandwiches, they all look fantastic!

They were so nice! And their pizza was ready for pick up within 15 minutes of my phone call, not to sure what pizza i ordered, when i called i asked for 3 large supreme pizzas with pepperoni, they gave me some amazingly good pizza! Id say the only thing i can give constructive critisism about was their pizzas are kinda small, but so delicious would definitely recomend!!

We ordered four pizzas and had a short wait of about 10 minutes. Even though we aren’t heavy eaters, everyone finished their own pizza and was very positive on the crust, sauce and flavor. The gentleman at the window mentioned they are working on an online ordering system, however, the wait for very short so don’t be afraid of ordering in person. The other menu items looked delicious as well. We will definitely order from here again.

Great to have Italian food in Los Alamos. Recommended. We did our team lunch at the food truck and all really enjoyed it… pizza, chicken, lasagna, drinks. We’d liked il Vicino in Santa Fe before too, would definitely go back to both. Hope they put a B&M location in town!

Fantastic customer service, very friendly, probably the most affordable pizza in town, pizzas are fairly small, chicken alfredo pasta is a 10/10 really good size and amazing flavor. Fast service too, I definitely recommend this place.
