Advertising thats they make fries and they dont. Also says hot off the press its not. Cuban sandwiches were pre made and pulled from a fridge and steamed then put into a press ..the inside of sandwiches were very mushy and disgusting. Pickles were cooked because of the process they use to try and reheat the sandwich. no mask were worn and all 4 employees laughing and talking over everyones food orders Never again..

Uuhhh, can’t say anything about the sandwiches since we just got ice cream, But For “best In leesburg” ice cream; we’d might as well drove to Twistie Treat. Especially for how much this “lid” amount of ice cream cost. The Hot fudge was very good, but that was literally it!!! Go to the mall or Twistie Treat for ice cream

We just moved here and decided to order via Uber Eats. Driver was great. Probably the worst sandwiches we have had in our lives and very expensive. Added our own meat and cheese. Totally screwed up the order but did not matter because there was nothing between the bread! Shameful rip-off.

Paid $17 and change for a large drink and abland steak and cheese with “carmalized onions” that are as bland as the bread they are one if you are going to charge nearly 20 dollars for a sub make sure it tastes worth 20 dollars place has gone down hill since the new owners. There are much better places that charge much less Will not go back

First time customer, brought wife and daughter, We have been looking for a good cheese steak place. This is not it , !! worst sandwich we ever had . When we seen the precooked meat out of container full of water, it was a bad sign. Meat had no favor , oversized tasteless bun, skimp toppings and meat = nasty. I told (owner I assumed ) on the way out ” how can you sell a bad cheese steak sandwich and call this a sub shop ? ” he just said ^ oh.. . ok” sm,,,,Store bought steak ums make this place look bad , should be -10 stars . How are you still in business ? You need to find something else ,because this is not it. Nope.

I will try to keep this short. $42 on three subs. One roast beef and two chicken bacon ranch. The only thing I could taste on my roast beef sub was lettuce bread and cucumbers. My wife told me her sub was made with the chicken strips that you can buy at any grocery store in the first one section. I tasted a piece of chicken and it tasted just like the Tyson grilled ready chicken strips. There was a lot of other shady things going on in this situation. Like the fact that the guy who was assembling the bacon ranch subs put cheese and ranch sauce on the sub rolls and then took the subs into the back of the store and did not come back for 5 to 10 minutes. The girl that assembled my sub had no idea what she was doing she didn’t even know how to cut the sub roll properly. When she cut it she started to stuff things in it like it was a pita. Then when she went to wrap my sandwich all of my condiments fell out on the wrap and she continued to wrap it up and put it in a grocery bag not one of those paper sub bags and all of my condiments meet and cheese were floating around when I got home to eat it. Never going there again. Lake county needs to come in here and shut this place down permanently. You can get a better sub from Subway, Publix. I’m definitely not going to miss this place if it gets shut down

I was hungry on my way home from work and decided to stop by the sub place. The man was friendly and talkative. The girl that was working on my Cheesesteak was very friendly as well. They make the place welcoming. As well as my cheesesteak was very good. I will be back

I had not been there in several years. I was a loyal customer at the eustis store when it was there. This one by the Leesburg Mall never made the grade. But I was so hungry for a good cheese steak sub I tried again. It was absolutely delicious. Steamed just like I remember. A little pricer than I remember but it was worth it. The gentleman that served me was excellent. Polite and observed precautions. I will be back!!!!!

Have not been to a Sobiks in years so I was excited to have it again. Not certain I’ll be back. Paying 14 dollars for a cheese steak with little to no meat is not very appealing. We bought 3 of them an all them barely had any meat. You couldn’t even push meat to the ends to be able to eat the last 1-1/2 on either side. I ordered a ice cream cone because the menu said they dip in butterscotch. After I paid they told me it was only drizzle not a dip. At this point I already paid. When the young man went to the back an came out with no Ice cream he said they only had chocolate and caramel. These are not employee issues but manager / owners issues. Seems the new opening with new owners will be over sooner than later.
