I ordered a drink in the drive thru and my total was $8.38. I proceeded to hand the cashier $10.38 in order to receive 2 $1 dollar bills. I counted it out In front of her and handed her the money. She hands me back $1.62. I told her that was wrong she owed me $2 back in change. She then looked at me and said that I NEVER gave her any coins. Which was a lie because I counted it out in front of her. She argued with me for a few minutes and I asked for the manager. This all happened at 6:30 pm Friday night. The manager obviously believed the cashier and totally blew us off. Was very rude to us. Anyways long story short I told her to review the camera footage to prove that I gave her the $10.38. She then gave me the correct change and was very rude about it. I drive away only to realize they made my drink incorrectly. I paid EXTRA money to add white mocha to my drink and they didn’t put the white mocha. The drink was not made correctly and was completely inedible. Had to throw away a drink that was almost $9 anyways I contacted the customer support and was refunded my money after I told them about the situation with short changing me. The next morning I returned to this location and of course there was different baristas working and I got to receive my drink that was made properly. Whoever was working Friday Night February 21st at 6:30 pm should be fired. They are obviously very incompetent or they are stealing customers change and keeping it for themselves. Manager also very rude. I used to enjoy going to this location when they first opened now it went downhill and it’s AWFUL. Don’t go to this location unless you want to be robbed and get a nasty drink that you’ll end up having to throw out. Worst Starbucks I’ve Ever been to in my life.

This location is very inconsistent. You ask for light ice, they fill the cup up with ice. You ask for 3 pumps of vanilla, they give you no vanilla. The drinks are bland like they don’t know what they are doing and they act like they could care less what they serve their customers. Their location is convenient but I rather drive the opposite direction to have my drink made right.

Everytime I try to order my drink its always a problem. The first time was in the drive thru and placed my order and was told “oh can you come in and order” if you can say that you could have taken the order. I let it go and wanted a frap today. Go through the drive thru because another car went through. Place my order for a caramel ribbon crunch with extra caramel drizzle add 2 shots..they reply ok at first then its oh we dont have caramel. GET IT TOGETHER STARBUCKS!!! I WILL NEVER GOCTO THIS LOCATION AGAIN.

It’s a pretty bland place where some not all but some of the staff act like it’s an absolute bother to see you. Recommend the afternoon cause the morning is a mess. Idk if some of them are new or rude but they can act like it. They always out of something, their manager needs more training or something cause don’t none of the people worth speaking to actually work there anymore. Also it’s getting real gentrified up in there it went from a mainly black staff to like 5 people and in an 80% black neighborhood the vibes just be off. DON’T order a shaken espresso if you like customizations. My family personally prefers Homewood. Ever since the new dusty store manager showed up it’s been looking real clueless at Richton Park Starbucks.

Horrible staff!! Currently sitting at the drive through 5 min til 5:30 didnt know they open at 5:30 they didn’t say we are not open yet nothing they just Ignored me. Heavy set black girl with dreads. Very unpleasant place to Go. Very disappointed with the service. I will not be returning. I will stick to the Frankfort location. Place needs to just shut down or get better staff in that knows how to make the drinks. I’m always getting watery refreshers and I’ve had it! With how much they cost they should be made correctly!!!
