This location is constantly disabling their online ordering. The place is not busy. This reduces how much work they get. Unfortunately this also makes it impossible to use any deals, rewards or discounts, as they’re all based in the app/online. This is the second time I’ve tried to place orders via app and through the website in a month that this has happened, and several other times in the past.

Sonic in Gallatin it’s really really good I went around I want to say 9:00 ish I think and the workers there are nice they are quick and they are very respectful and God bless their hearts because people like me and my friends we go there after pickleball and I know they just want to go home haha but the foods amazing the atmosphere is awesome and the service is really great I do highly recommend Sonic and Gallatin

I have been impressed by Oscar’s since the first time I tried it within the last couple of years. The only issue I had this time was, when I tried it order online, the system was unable to process my credit card. I phoned the order in and used the same credit card to pay for it and had no issue in the restaurant.

Well where do I start. We couldn’t hear the person taking the order because only one of the speakers was working. My daughter pressed the order button, and proceeded to order her meal. No problem. I then ordered a #12 with onion rings, and a Diet Coke. The person speaking to us kept trying to upsell 2 coney dogs as a BOGO. Since we couldn’t hear her, and we just wanted to complete our order I laughed and said that’s fine. I thought I was being nice. Unfortunately she must not have heard me either because I didn’t get anything from my order except my drink and onion rings. So what was supposed to be chicken tenders, ended up being 2 foot long coney dogs. Umm… Then when I explained the issue to the lady that brought out the food she didn’t offer to refund, or take back the coney dogs, all she offered was to ring me up for what I initially ordered because it wasn’t on the receipt. Seriously?! It was just an awful experience all around, and we won’t be back. Sad. I even tipped before I even knew what was going to happen.

Absolutely disgusting. Who serves yellow hard tomato’s on a burger and when you bring it to the managers attention the only response is. “Uhhhh I don’t know we just got them in today.” Horrible customer service

Fast and hot every time and I kinda have been a regular. Good management and staff as well. I go to the extensive value options right on the menu. With price points like $2.99 Quarter Pound Double cheeseburger, $1.99 Corn dogs, Tots, Onion Rings, Mozzarella sticks among many others you can see on Sonic online menu. Allows me be able to tip, they’re always packed and their car hops deserve a tip. They’re really running hard and they’re always polite and positive with smiles. Love this location y’all.
