This is the worst Long John Silvers I’ve ever been too! Over 30 minutes on getting food, drive thru was cleared out twice before our order was finally ready. The chicken was small as I’ve ever seen! Looks like the oil that they cook the food in hasn’t been changed in quite awhile! They forgot half of our order, like come on how hard is it to put together what is on a screen???? The employees acted like they could careless about the customers. I never in my life thought I would have such a disappointment in this place. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this for anyone that would want good fish!

I very rarely go. My family however enjoy the chicken. So I go for them. Dont enjoy the wait but they do cook as ordered. A few employees are inviting. But some make you not want to go back. This trip they were more worried about getting money and moving you up. When order is brought up to vehicle and doesn’t include all that was asked for. Employee acted like I inconvenienced them by asking for the rest. Not sure but also think I got lied to about serving sizes. Wasn’t worth the fight. Got a family side of coleslaw with my order. Got home and found two individual servings. Guess if your by yourself you get enough for two. Anyway if it wasn’t for family I would probably limit visits too extremely rare.

Rundown and dirty. The sign out front has no light bulbs and missing pictures. The paint inside is faded. Now the food. I use to over look how run down this place was because the chicken tenders were fire, for some reason they QUIT using the chicken badder and use the fish badder for the tenders which makes them slimy on the inside and gives them a fishy taste. Which is f’n nasty, On Top of that they never have cheese curds, there ice scream machine is always broken? Why? People go there for the floats. The dude working is super chill but this place now sucks. And if they keep the pictures of the old tenders up that is now false advertising. I already filled out ur website survey. I hate companies that post generated messages. Fix the problem or I will reach out to people over your head.

Oh boy where do we start….went through the drive thru, got the order finally and went and parked. Had to go back in to get what we asked for, the chicken was substituted for fish on my wife’s order. When she went in the 2 ladies working got all pissy and mad because the order was wrong. The food was cooked good and tasted good but the service was horrific. “HAVE A NICE DAY” they screamed at us. 10-9-25 was the date, mid day.

I’m being generous with the one star, the only thing nice about our visit through the drive thru was the cashier and younger kid, they were polite and trying. We should’ve known it wasn’t going to go well with the presence of the what seemed the whole staff smoking outback when we pulled up. The chicken and fish we received had been sitting, was tough to chew and not fresh. Was asked if I wanted to pick a different side because they had to cook the mac n cheese and it would take 10 minutes so I said I’d change to french fries, not a big deal. She comes back a couple minutes later and states, “the corn side we have to cook as well so can you pull forward”, I said okay but at this point we’d been waiting 15 minutes and could’ve just got the mac n cheese to begin with since we were waiting. Got home and everything was cold which we only live about 3 minutes away, and what we assume was the manager who was cooking wasn’t wearing a uniform, no hair net, hoodie covered in dog hair, and sounding like she chain smokes and hocks loogies for a side hustle. Only know she was cooking because they forgot the vinegar sauce so my husband went in to grab it, to which this manager asked “what ya need?” So my husband said what he needed and she threw it on the counter and walked away. Won’t be returning at all.

The food was awesome! All nice and hot when I got home. I’ll forgive you for no sauce. I forgot to ask too. A bit of an uncomfortable wait at the speaker. Probably just a bad time.

June 27 Update: I went back tonight around 7ish. Again the longggg wait at the window. I watched a lady counting condiments from the shelf, while one person seemed to be cooking it all and serving. He was pleasant when he brought my order. Food’s good! My fries are just long John silver fries, I even had a crispy. You might want to order ahead and go inside.

I ordered online and the only thing that was good was the drinks. Ionly had one tender instead of three and one shrimp instead of what I was supposed to get, half a spoonful of Cole slaw, and my husbands chicken was raw in the middle! They don’t have a working phone I guess because no one will pick up.

Very disappointed.!! We spent 10 minutes trying to order. The cash register help was completely untrained. Although she was very nice girl. No one at our table had their order correct. No one ever checked on us to see if our food was okay . I asked an employee that was walking by if she would send the manager back to our table, the manager never came. This used to be a very well run restaurant when the previous manager Cindy, ran it. Since then it has really gone downhill. The consensus at our table is that no one will be back anytime soon. I am including a picture of a chicken plank that was in the order, that should have been called a chicken finger instead, because it was about the size of my finger. I think this is the first negative review I’ve ever given.
