The location is also ideal, especially because of its proximity to the airport, making it a perfect stop for both those arriving on the island and those heading out.

Our lunch at Faye Gastronomie Caribe was exceptional. The food surpassed expectations! And we loved the extra treats, from the amuse-bouche (multiple!) to mignardises. All soups, entrees and sides were thoroughly enjoyed. The bonus: heading to the shop to purchase some wines enjoyed at lunch. Our sincere thanks to Chef and his staff.

Why don’t all international airports have a restaurant like this next to them? Hands down the best dining experience on the island and you get to watch the planes take off and land. Great menu lovely staff, well laid out and easy to get a reservation. We arrived after dropping off our hotel car with 4 hours to kill before our flight walked there with our bags (maybe a slight challenge but it’s only 9 minutes) they stored our luggage and booked us a taxi back to check in because we were far too full by then. Think Michelin guide worthy food 10 minutes from the airport gate, perfect end to the holiday

Came here for Dinner with our Friends. The Restaurant was so clean and bright and lovely. The service we had was definitely 5 Stars. We enjoyed every dish that was presented to us. I highly Recommend that if you do Visit St. Lucia this is a spot you need to make a reservation for and visit. This place is also located right across from the Airport and they welcome you to stay there and have Wine while waiting for your Flight so in this case it is not a bad idea to go to the Airport earlier than usual.

The appetizer was scrumptious. The dessert was so well balanced! The bread and butter are tasty as well. The pre and post meal bites are a beautiful addition to the fantastic experience. Service is excellent as usual. The staff are very pleasant. Kudos to the chef and rest of the team.
