I don’t know why people are so harsh on this place. The food is great and fresh. They aren’t chinsy with the vegetables which I love. The prices are descent. Yes, the portions are a little small, but I think that’s because we have become accustomed to HUGE portions whereas this place is probably serving the same amount as they did in the 70’s. It’s good food. We get take out from there at least twice a month.

Got a to go chicken pad Thai was told that bean sprouts don’t come in the pad Thai ……oddly enough when I got back to work it was loaded with bean sprouts ..go figure!! As far as the actual taste it was a good spice good flavor chicken portions were slim to none pretty sure their was three baby chunks of chicken all in all this place is worse than most better than some.

Service is TERRIBLE! Under new ownership.
I went on 2/4/13 at 3pm. When I arrived, I mentioned to the waiter that we were kinda in a rush so right away I ordered the appetizers. When I commended on the decor (because it had changed) she mentioned its under new ownership. Made sense.
I ordered the crab ragoon which was served to us cold. It wasn’t warn or even luke warm. I returned it. I ordered the shrimp pad thai and my friend ordered the chicken fried rice. When it was delivered, my pad thai had chicken & my friends had shrimp. When this was addressed, the waiter tried to say I requested chicken. I mentioned to her that she never wrote down our order and how does she expect to remember what we ordered if she’s doing everything by memory. Luckily she asked my friend if her order was correct, & that’s when we discovered hers had shrimp & mine had chicken. I looked at the time & mentioned to her to charge me only for the sprite because the crab ragoon was returned & the other order was wrong. My friend and I left hungry and had to wait to eat later in the evening.
It’s unfortunate because I was really craving the pad thai from there and was willing to give theirs a try. I also expected more of them because they addressed to me it was under new ownership & it was their chance to make me want to like their food & service to continue returning. No longer a customer at Thai Addison.

I eat here a few times per month and I really enjoy their pad thai, crab rangoon, and tom ka kai. It is always delicious, always prepared within 10-12 minutes of ordering, and always made to the specified spiciness.

Please do yourself a favor and avoid this place, worst customer services , decor and place seems that it is never being cleaned for ages.
