I am typically quite hesitant to give bad reviews especially to companies I like, but the workers seemed super rushed for me being the only customer there and seemed to not really know their own menu. Even when I asked for the preselected menue subs they didn’t follow what was on the menu. Two of my three subs were alright (but skimpy on the cheese compared to other Subway’s), but the meatball marinara was about the saddest sub sandwich I have ever had and I LOVE Subway’s meatball marinara.
I did add some to the sandwich to help salvage it but they didn’t even know the meatball marinara was a menu item. Very not happy. Love subway but not this one.

Ordered a foot long pay 20 bucks for asked for it to be toasted and got an ice cold sandwich. Atleast manager offered to give my money back i guess but on lunch break I dont have time to deal and go back to the store to do all that.

The wait at Lamberts was HUGE so we popped across the street to Subway. It was totally worth it. Thanks for a great refreshing meal after hours on the road.

The food was good, but I didn’t like that the salt in those little packets has absolutely unnecessary chemicals. See picture

Girl with the red hair very rude working the 22nd at 1pm. Rude to the new guy shes working with and rude to customers. She clearly doesn’t want to be there & shes toxic to the environment. I felt really bad for the new guy trying to learn.

Everytime I order here or in the app something is wrong. The employees are so rude we asked to get our drinks and chips that we paid for on the app and she tried to make us pay again and when we told her we already paid she rolled her eyes and caught an attitude. They never greet you when you walk in if you try to talk to them they ignore you. This place has gone severely down hill.

Food was fine but the workers need to learn some customer service. I stated what kind of sandwich I wanted, girl preceded to make a sandwich and when I repeated what kind of sandwich, she very rudely said that was not what I told her. When I checked out the other girl tossed my sack with food to me on the counter. Employers need to train their workers on customer service even if they are teenagers or young adults. Being respectful and courteous can go a long way when dealing with others.

Was at the location by bullseye in Ozark, Mo. I’m in here 2-3 times a month and the food is always pretty good but the service is AWFUL. Alot of times there is a 16-17 year old red headed female that is about as snotty as the day is long. Today was exceptionally bad. Every time she asked “what else?” Referring to what I wanted on my sandwich, she would roll her eyes and I felt very rushed, the whole time that her and the other teenager (male) was making my sandwiches, they kept complaining about how time was moving too slow and they didn’t want to be there. I didn’t get asked if I wanted a receipt so I’m not sure of her name but I got home and called back up there to tell her I didn’t appreciate the customer service that I constantly receive because I’ve had enough and her response was, and I quote, “teenagers ya know? We hate wasting our Saturdays at work” and absolutely refused to give me her name or let me speak to an actual manager. Tried to look for corporate number but couldn’t find it. She needs to be fired. She’s very unpleasant to be around.
