I ordered a sandwich at the subway and when I ate it, the meat was cold. They did not warm up my meat. I called the next day to talk to the manager to let them know that my meat was cold and that I had been throwing up that day, she told me that. The meat wasn’t cold that it was warmed up. But I asked her. How did she know because she did not work that night? Let me remind you that I was not calling to ask for a refund or anything like that.. She hung up on me. Then I call back and someone else answered the phone and then he ended up hanging up on me too. So both of the people who worked at Subway, the manager and whoever else the guy was who worked there hung up on me. This Subway has a manager that has a bad attitude and the workers have bad attitudes too, and she allows them to have bad attitudes because she told them to hang up on me and I think that is so disrespectful that a manager would hang up on me. And also, she would allow the worker to hang up on me too.

This was probably one of the worst food experiences I have ever had at a Subway. The service wasn’t great either. The bread was not even fully baked to where it was incredibly doughy and that’s even after I had it “toasted”. I don’t even think the toasting oven was working because it didn’t even melt the cheese on top of my meatball sub.
Speaking of the meatballs, they were barely lukewarm which makes me wonder if they are even being held at a food safe temperature. They probably need a visit from the health department which is insane as this location is IN A HOSPITAL!
The service wasn’t that great either. The two ladies were kind but the man working there was acting like he didn’t want to do anything and was complaining about customer requests. They were also obviously slammed and couldn’t keep up with the orders. The busyness may account for not recognizing the oven isn’t working and the bread is not baked but honestly I think that is just due to negligence and uncaring staff. I have heard that Subway’s quality has been tanking lately but this is ridiculous.

Some employees are very rude. Every time I go in, no matter who’s working, they always make me feel like I’m not wanted as a customer. There was this one guy who seemed like he hated his job, and some of the ladies were the same—they also seemed like they hated working there. I’m never going back. I know some people will think, “They don’t really read these reviews, and they don’t care!” But this review is for the people who like to read reviews about a restaurant before spending their hard-earned money, only to be treated like an inconvenience. Expect rude and condescending employees—not all, maybe, but enough to make me not want to return.

Looking for it? Its down the hallway by the receptionists desk, take the first right, and itll be on your left. Not like you’ll want to look for it tho, unless you want a headache and diarreah for (at least) 2 days! I got a steak sub with vegetables, and it was barely edible–the steaks extremely fatty, and i essentially spat out like 1/3 the sandwich. Later, I had diarreah and a headache. The irony that food from a hospital got me sick! And unless you wanna get sick, dont eat at this Subway!

The employee had two airpods in. Was slamming doors when the customer asked for two sandwiches. He rolled his eyes when the customer repeated himself. Worst service I have seen in a long time. I left the line. Won’t get my business acting like that. They should have some kind of boss there on nights to see this behavior.

I was drugged, talking stupid things, making strange movements with her body too slow. bad appearance How can I eat the food from that place? She thought that. The workers are indigent with all due respect to the orders of the street. In the slow cosinero paresis that she had. My lord… The price of a sub is ridiculous.. they only accepted cash and the poor lady working was telling me they only get paid 13hr and no food discount not allowed to eat any thing left over or if a call in order don’t show they have to throw it away. For 13hr they should be feeding her whole fam. Shame on you Sub Way. Like you all can’t afford to pay them more or let them eat a sandwich.
