First time trying Jersey Mike’s in Kentucky…I had it before in Tennessee. It was amazing if not better than what I’ve had before! I got the Big Kahuna Spicy Philly and my daughter got the Chicken Bacon Ranch sub. Subs were extra cheesy and delicious. Only downside was I wish the bread was toasted. I’m so happy Jersey Mike’s is in Etown! ❤

I eat at a lot of jersey Mike’s all over the country and this one is the only one that doesn’t have a senior discount. So, needless to say, I will never go back to a jersey.Mike’s in elizabethtown, kentucky or bartstown kentucky. The funny part is the owner standing right there and looked at me like I had six heads but I asked if they had a single discontent.

I was at the store in Elizabethtown Kentucky today for lunch and they had an enormous amount of what appeared to be pick up orders and they had a full house of customers. I expressed to the manager how well oiled his team was working there today they had everyone taking care of all of the to-go orders all of the people within the restaurant Heather food at what I thought was a perfect amount of time for how busy they were. All of the staff were so polite so helpful. The young lady that made my sub in a bowl did it perfectly. I was beyond excited about it.

Now, I’m not one to dog on my Jersey Mike’s, but today was the absolute worst all around. I ordered my food (the young lady got that part right), but the guy who was doing the condiment part was just the worst! He was slow, got my sandwich wrong (like he picked up the wrong sandwich and didn’t even acknowledge my presence), then I said “not my sandwich” he was like “you had the number 13?” Not even close! I’m like “no, 11”, he was gonna correct me but stopped.
He asked what I wanted on my sandwich and I told him, he slowly put it together and I moved on. It just was not as good as what it normally is. Not sure why, but it’s not.
I ate in the restaurant today, all tables were dirty, place was not swept, it looked disastrous. I love Jersey Mike’s, but today, totes not a fan or good experience. From start to finish. And the workers behind the counter were having personal conversations while creating sandwiches for customers. That’s rude and unprofessional. I really feel as if this one is going down hill and it’s sad.

went in today workers out of dress code,didn’t cut the food like their supposed to. Rude workers, I was told 15 minutes for the grill and proceeded to make a doordash order after I placed my order so I waited at least 20/25 minutes.definitely want to speak with a owner or manager in charge of the building.
