Great new addition to the Cadence area for breakfast. The space is about half the size of other Einstein Bros. in the area. Lines formed due to just opening which is expected.
The only negative I can find is the overall flow of the place is rough. They added an island table in the middle of the place with bar seats. However, because of the way the line forms, it’s completely useless most of the time. With how small the place is and its limited seating, the island table area is just poor positioning while other locations place this type of seating towards the front.
Other than that the staff is great and the food is as expected for an Einstein Bros. location. Glad this location opened.

I used the mailer coupons which was cool. Looks like so are the other 20 people in line. Wait was not too bad considering the store is new and a mailer is on the street. My cashier Emily was awesome and composed I got the 6 bagels and a smear, which she fulfilled. I ordered a All Nighter sandwich and didn’t get it. When I got home, I got 2 bagels with a smear which wasn’t even close to what I ordered. Everything I did get was very good except the spicy smear on an everything bagel. Maybe the mailer should have waited until the crew gets some time to sync the processes. It was non-stop in the store. Everybody was cool waiting. I will return after the dust settles and they get a little more in sync.

Everyone was really nice and the service was great. Dafne was working on the drinks and helped me decide which one to get, then made it for me. She was really friendly and helpful, and everything came out great. It’s a new location and everything felt really clean and well put together. Overall it was a really good experience. Definitely coming back!

Very friendly staff!! Bagels were perfect! I placed an order online and then showed up 30 minutes early, the staff was super accommodating and got my order together immediately. I am so glad we have another option for breakfast and lunch in the area!!! I will definitely be back!!

I was there today for opening day, and I have to say as soon as we entered the building the staff greeted us with big smiles and warm hellos. Our bagels were nice and fresh. Very clean location. Can’t wait to go back and order again.

I called and asked if they would walk out a pre paid order to me if I ordered through the app. I’m paralyzed and in a wheelchair without anyone’s help. I asked if they could run the food out to me. The guy said I’m sorry we are really busy. To hear someone can’t give me 20 seconds to walk an order out is so sad. Makes me want to never buy ever again from Einstein Bagels.
