was one of the best Subways back in the day 20 it’s ago when worked there lol. now. It’s just the best out of the options around here. Usually food is good made. Okay, but today got my sandwich was pure sauce like they emptied the bottle onto it, not sure What happened? The girls are very nice friendly doing well, but apparently. Sandwich makers nowadays need some more training.

I have a child who can’t eat mayo, ordered from door dash and they put mayo which I did not order! They cheated us on the meat I ordered double their is barely any on it at all and then when I call the snooty rude hateful person on the phone can’t admit she messed up and was hateful and rude! I’m done with Subway because their employees are all hateful and disrespectful no wonder why so many Subway stores are closing because ppl are sick of their poor service and being cheated on what they order!

I arrived at the restaurant later today and initially ordered the Beast and the Hot Shot Italiano. Normally, the Beast can cost over $25, but the two women there assisted me in placing an order that was significantly cheaper and more efficient. Additionally, I ordered 16 slices of cheese for my cheese-loving girlfriend. Usually, I would receive strange looks, but this location was exceptionally friendly and we even shared a few laughs about it. I genuinely appreciate the excellent service they provided and will definitely be returning to this location in the future!

Cannot use coupons for any sandwiches of any actual value. Staff is nice. Coupons are pointless. Subway is a restaurant that has gone downhill quickly.

Sandwich was nothing to get excited about. Prices are crazy for a sub . Was 26 dollars for 2 foot long sandwiches only. 1 had Turkey /bacon /and cheese only. 1 had meatballs/pepperoni/cheese only. $26 dollars seems a bit excessive

I went to the door about 6:15pm on JAN. 14TH 2023 at the Hill Rd. location in Grand Blanc Mi.
As I was walking to the door an employee was walking towards me. The employee met me at the door and told me they were closed and take my business elsewhere. This was my very first visit to this location because I do not live in the area. They had a customer in the store at the time as well. I watched 3 people try to enter the store before leaving as well. It seems they lost 4 customers in a matter of 10 mins. I hope corporate handles this since a Jimmy John’s is directly across the street. I would say that my Jimmy John’s sub was pretty good. I’m not sure if I should be upset how I was treated, or thankful they told me to go elsewhere.

Almost Every single time I go to this subway there’s an issue. Either they’re so understaffed they will literally turn you away at the door or it’s some other excuse. Today I went and couldn’t even make it out of my car before the girl in the drive thru stuck her head out of the window and told me she wasn’t accepting orders because they’re system was down. I think the thing that is the most irritating about this is that the staff isn’t even smart enough to turn the big OPEN sign off so it won’t continue to attract customers that they can’t even service! REAL SMART!

This location is fantastic and my service/sub could not have been better!!! Amanda really exceeded my expectations!! Give her a raise please, she was excellent and friendly.
