Made to perfection. The food was more than expected with the initial confusion trying to locate where the place was. Only call to order or Uber Eats etc. this isn’t an actual public restaurant establishment that allows walk in. Pull into main parking lot, park and wait for order. Call if needed to alert staff of your arrival. Someone will come out to serve orders. Sketchy at first but well worth going through with this order. Second time now and so far, it disappointed. Had the Waltz Special with extra shrimp, the Salmon Panini, the shrimp Mac/cheese and the salmon and shrimp cheesy grits. All incredibly tailored.

Wings was fire definitely will be back for those. The wrap was definitely good as well. The salad, my friend got looked amazing and it was huge. The only reason why I gave the food of four star was because the food was cold when it arrived to our car. They are very busy and I do understand they came at a very busy time so an hour wait kinda sucked but the man who was servicing outside was very attentive and did a great job. The parking lot for the area isn’t big so just make sure to order your food in advance through the phone.

Pissed! This is the nastiest food I’ve had in a while. I eat out a lot and I can’t believe how nasty the food is here. The Rasta pasta has no seasoning. Sauce is very distasteful. The Mac and cheese doesn’t even have salt and black pepper. The wings are dry and not juicy. Not even the fries are edible. Only good thing was the presentation. Please order anywhere else. I’m very sorry, this is an honest review.

I didn’t know i was supposed to wait in the parking lot, and they would bring my order out, but it’s ok. The food was good. I had the oxtail and rice. It didn’t come with fried plantains, but it came with veggies. I would like to try the mac and cheese next time!

I got the oxtail Mac and the jerk chicken Mac, the jerk chicken was a 9/10 the oxtail was 9/10 as well, both were very tender. My only complaint is it way too greasy. Still good as hell though I will be back!

Horrible I used to order from this place all the time but there food isn’t the same anymore it’s nasty now. I think they changed cooks I honestly wouldn’t recommend it and I no longer will be coming back here. It will be a waste of money.

Removed stars because the process to pick up is very confusing and people are rude if you ask questions when you try to figure out how to pick up your order.
I hope he can eventually move to an area where he can have people come up and order or be able to pick up our food in store without having to wait a long time in the car. I’m sure this would bring him great business because the only complaints in the reviews are about the process and I didn’t really see anything bad about the food.
Overall very good food tho!! I will definitely never pick up in person again and will probably only do DoorDash but I feel kind of bad for the DoorDash workers who have to deal with the process

Ordered the Jerk Chicken Alfredo. It was absolutely amazing. The portions are large and the chicken was soft, juicy, and tender. You could taste the seasonings on the chicken, absolutely delicious. Will order from here again.

I follow Walt on IG and he’s popped up on delivery apps a bunch before. I’ve ordered a few wraps for lunch but the Entrees hit ALOT DIFFERENT!! I most recently ordered the salmon cakes with grits along with Marcus’s special. Hands down the best shrimp and grits I’ve ever had! So much flavor packed into the dishes, the ingredients tasted super fresh! And on top of that, the portion sizes are definitely beyond satisfying. You can tell these dishes are all made with love.
I highly recommend ordering from Chef Walt, especially if your looking for super flavorful food. If he ever opens a brick and mortar, I ll be there opening night! Keep doing your thing bro!!
