The food and sushi were outstanding. Every single piece was fresh, perfectly prepared, and had its own unique texture and flavor. Honestly, I can’t even pick a favorite because everything was that good.
Highly recommend. This place is special.
Chef Andy made the experience special. He was interactive, friendly, and clearly passionate about his craft. He personally introduced each of the 17 courses, explaining the ingredients, preparation, and flavors behind every piece. His attention to detail and enthusiasm added so much to the evening.
Our server was also fantastic. She was warm, attentive, and made sure we were comfortable throughout the entire meal. One of my boy did not like the home made root beer and he just voiced that to me. Chef Andy call her over and they switched him to another drink, which was very nice. The combination of great service at the table and Chef Andy’s guided presentation made the experience feel truly immersive.
The omakase itself was phenomenal. The fish was incredibly fresh, the progression of courses was thoughtful, and every bite was memorable. It felt like a culinary journey from start to finish, with each course building perfectly on the last.
Overall, this was an exceptional omakase experience and easily one of the best we’ve had in the States. Amazing food, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere. We will definitely be back.
The otoro nigiri was legitimately the best piece of sushi I’ve ever tried. The Canadian lobster was another highlight. Loved that they had Maine as well as Hokkaido Uni, highlighting the different tastes of each. The dessert was an amazing Japanese take on a s’more alongside some super sweet melon.
Absolute pleasure, one of the best meals I’ve ever had! Reminded me of my time in Japan, but was even better in many ways. The price was very reasonable for the value of the food and experience.
