We bought what we thought was fresh fish from this fish market. During the ride home, we could smell a foul odor coming from the bag. Once we got home & unwrapped the fish, the smell was HORRIBLE!!!! The fish was not fresh at all!!! It was rancid & rotten!!! I’m so grateful I didn’t feed this fish to my family smh. Someone could’ve gotten really sick. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. 0/10 – don’t recommend!

I haven’t been here for a couple of years because I moved out of the area. I was near by and figured it was a perfect time to go. I was surprised at how much the quality had went down. I was used to perfectly fried fish and shrimp. The size has changed as well! The customer service wasn’t too friendly either! Won’t be back!! ✌️Forgot to mention the burnt egg roll!!

Originally from this area and never knew about this place. I was doing some calls in the area, and had been craving seafood. As I pulled up, I realized I forgot my wallet, and was panicking, only to find they accept Apple Pay. This place deserves continual recognition for how good the food is and even the presentation on the plate. My pictures don’t do it justice. The food was fresh. I highly recommend and will be coming back. Most people order to pickup, though I ate there with no issue, plenty of seating. As I left the lady was very kind and happily yells goodbye to everyone. It’s one of those places you do t judge by it’s look.

Very hot place no air conditioning. My first time here and my expectations were not met. The food was OK. The environment was terrible. No air conditioning and flies in the dining area. I really don’t like to give anybody a low rating but the reason I’m giving them a low rating is because of The environment. The food was not bad. Maybe I’ll try it again. But not during the summer I went on a hot day and it was just as equally hot inside the restaurant they had a couple of fans in their blowing nothing but hot air, not comfortable at all

The absolute truest definition of hole in the wall. Now I put 5 stars for service & atmosphere because sometimes those low key rude and dingy spots have the best food. When i walked in and the floor sticky I knew my food was about to be fire and it did not disappoint. I got the Whole Flounder Fried Hard…thank me later.

Called in my order and when I arrived, my order was ready and hot. The staff was friendly and the food was delicious. It was so good that much of the meals was tasted before I got home. The price of the food was appropriate for my order. I will be returning soon.

This is a hidden Houston gem if you’re looking for a good generous amount of tasty fried fish with a side of fries for a reasonable price! They also have good seafood soup and boiled shrimp here. Overall customer service friendly and quick service! It’s worth the drive, you won’t be disappointed!
