I went to this Pizza Hut location today, and the experience was horrible from the moment I walked in. First off, the front door was propped wide open which is completely unsanitary and unacceptable for any food establishment.
I stood at the counter for minutes with NO ONE else in line. Not a single employee greeted me or even said “I’ll be right with you.” They just glanced up and went right back to cleaning like I was invisible. When someone finally decided to take my order, the so-called manager, Alfredo, was extremely rude and unprofessional. No courtesy, no respect—just a terrible attitude all around.
This location practices nasty, unhygienic work habits and treats customers like an afterthought. I will never eat here again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who values cleanliness and basic respect.

HORRIBLE SERVICE is an understatement the girl Kimberly that assisted me try to tell me because I wasn’t happy with the way the bread stick with cheese on top came out that I would still have to pay again for another set of bread sticks um say what???So I have to pay again cause u over cooked my breadstick smh horrible I will be contacting the manager about this to get my money back for this just look at the difference in what they should look like on the right and what i got on the left… disgusting and will never return to this pizza hut again not to mention the HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!!

I asked for my wings well done they WERE NOT. MY PIZZA sausage was half done. the barley gave me bacon on the pizza. The crust was try like they didnt grease the bottom of the pan so its all soft and i ordered a Pan Pizza. Just made the wrong choice to spend my over 76 dollars tonight.

We called Pizza Hut to let them know that door dash would not hand us our pizza after we paid for it Via card and a male manager picked up the phone and said we have to reorder and pay again if we want our pizza they refused to give us a refund and refused to call DoorDash to be able to give us our refund. Worst customer service.

One of the worst pizzas I’ve ever had. Couldn’t eat it. The cheese on the pizza was only towards the center. This is supposed to be a BBQ chicken pizza. There was almost no chicken on it.
