Extremely expensive for just a burger with no sides or drink. However what is extremely unsatisfying is the workers attitudes. They just stand there chit chatting with other workers who don’t work there but work somewhere else in the airport and stand next to the registers. Then when you go up to the register to order they don’t smile or ask how they can help you. Obviously we have never been there, so it would be great for some interaction and tips on what is good to order.
We also ordered a BBQ burger that had to BBQ sauce. We went back and asked if they had put bbq sauce in the burger and the cook said yes. We asked him for more BBQ sauce and he then said he didn’t have any and that we had to walk to the place next door to get some.
LMAOOOOOOO. Wow. so he didn’t put any, because he didn’t have some.
Oh btw, the little 2oz containers you fill with ketchup are costing you money. Your workers are not even filling it up with ketchup. They fill it up like 1-2mm deep and the rest which is like 98% air. Wasting your money, and plastic cups. Get your selves some ketchup dispenser or togo ketchup packets.
Ya’ll need help.

After ordering a simple burger for $15 and waiting around 15 min to get it, they got the order wrong… when asked to correct it, the lady start yelling and ignoring me. Finally she took the burger removed the parts I didn’t order and slapped it together and gave it to me. The crew was so rude!! For no real reason. Expansive, horrible service, long wait even without crowds, I will never buy there again!

Customer service is terrible, the lady attending has a very bad attitude and not any interest in providing a decent nor good customer service. The food is not worth it neither. Missing flavor, and better portions. I do hope that the management of this store takes some time to understand why people complain or leave bad reviews and take some actions to improve them.

Hope people who are wanting to use the “easy” QR code for ordering see this. They apparently don’t use it and I didn’t know until 15 mins later when I walked to the counter to ask about my order. it says kid menu hamburger w/ fries and drink on the QR menu. They don’t have fries there which I didn’t find out until after I paid and got the large container with one very tiny hamburger. So you pay $10.99 for a very small kids cheeseburger only. I was traveling solo with 4 kids so thought ordering online would be so much easier. But was so very wrong. Very expensive. Need to have other options for hamburgers and kid meals in terminal E.

The burgers were hot and good. It was done in the right amount of time. It’s too expensive but it’s an airport and the place next door was even more expensive so this place is fine. Too much mustard and no bbq sauce in the bbq burger is a weird interpretation but over all it was fine

Went online to look at the menu. While looking I see burgers that are $5-7. This is NOT the case (and somehow I forgot to look at the reviews like I always do or I wouldn’t be here writing this review today.) At the kiosk the basic burger is $13. The double bacon cheese was $17!!!! They said the tater tots cooked mushy so they subbed them with fries without asking. The fries were good but they were from The BBQ place across the way. The burger price does not include the fries/tots. The burger tasted fine but is so small. I understand airports inflate prices but this was crazy. 2 burgers, 2 drinks, a fry and a bag of chips for $60! Disappointing.

The lady working the register clearly doesn’t need a job. Horrible customer service. Then proceeds to say that they are closed (at 7:40pm on a Monday). Went right across to H Burger. Much better service and food there.

When you’re in Houston Int’l, and the hunger monster strikes, you do not want to go to the fancy BBQ or Asian places; you want a tasty, filling meal, pronto.
That’s the deal with Custom Burgers: you get what you want, when you want, nice and convenient. The staff was friendly, and even helped me out with some troubles with the screen! Fast, unfussy, simple. Love it.
The only problem that I have with the place is that it’s a weird hybrid of a fast food place with an honest burger place. The burgers came out good, but the ingredients, preparation, and presentation could use a lift. It is not up to the standards they set up for themselves.
If you just crave an unfussy burger, this is the place to go: good food, reasonable prices.

Wow, I should have taken the time to read reviews before eating here lol. I DO NOT recommend eating here. Unfortunately my hands were too messy to take a before picture. But you can see the little bowl the burger came in. Not a good design for an extremely messy burger. I ordered the avocado burger, but it was more like a guacamole burger. The picture had avocado slices. Then it was an additional $.55 each for lettuce, tomatoes, and onions. I can’t believe they charged extra to customize those things. My order ended up being over $20 with a bottle of water. Thankfully the employees were very nice.

Overpriced Airport Burger. $17 Yikes! My double cheeseburger actually tasted good. A step up from fast-food burger but not up to a sit down restaurant burger. What I didn’t like was the order it yourself tablet with tiny difficult to read font and confusing option for “no sauce”. There was the red circle w/slash by the “no sauce” text…which meant it HAS sauce and you need to “select” to remove sauce. Not intuitive.
