This was honestly really annoying. I stopped by this morning and at first no one was helping me. When they finally did, the worker who was helping me didn’t really speak English, so they couldn’t understand what I was trying to order. I understand, but I feel like there should be someone there who can actually communicate clearly. Then they told me to park and wait in my car even though there was no line, and on top of that, they ended up giving me the wrong order.

Terrible Food! Never go here, no matter what! All the mustard in the function was rotten, looked like peanut butter. Curly Fries were hecka mid, burgers were even worse. And worst of all besides the mustard, was that it was the $30! For 2 burgers and a small fry, at any cost you should not go here.

The food wasn’t fully cooked. Look at my picture, the breading is still soft and cold. They have you reverse your car back five feet to reset the drive thru timer. They’re way too worried about the time on their drive thru thing it compromises their service and quality of food.

I went here knowing it was not busy. I told myself go to a diffrent location because the fries have probably been sitting out and are stale. I didn’t listen to my instinct and went anyway. I winded up with cold stale fries with a random piece of chicken in it and a burger with a wet bun some how. Next time I will drive a little bit up the road and go to the lynwood location.

I love this Jack In The Box. The workers are always friendly and helpful, and while the occasional item gets messed up, they always make it right.
The music is always set to 80s and 90s rock classics, and that makes me feel right at home.

They literally Gave me an old sandwich that had been sitting too long under the heat chute. The outside edges of not only the chicken but the bread was rock hard. It was stuck to the bun. Literally all around disgusting. I cam very easily get sick. I’ve already reported it to the corporate website. As someone who worked in food for over a decade, this is absolutely unacceptable to sell to a customer. I can literally feel how old it is.
