This is our neighborhood bar. A few have shut down over the past few years, but TOB is the go-to place for a laid back atmosphere that feels like home. There have been staff changes, and I work a lot now. So I don’t know who works when… But the owners Mama Sue and Papa Jim are wonderful people. Todd is the best bartender in CLE! Check them out.

I was at this hole in the wall 9/11/20 3 PM, I bought two Great Lakes IPA, they were cold. The bartender who was a rather obese woman charged me $24. She told me my friend who I did not know or ever spoke with bought 4 shots on my behalf. I sat at the bar for 30 minutes before leaving and absolutely none of the 6 regulars bought a single shot. Seemed lie some kind of con going on.

TAKE CASH!! They lost my credit card…too many scenarios, she could have handed my card to someone else because she definitely was about to hand me someone else’s. Then it’s too many people that either is not on shift or are not even employed allowed to be behind the bar. Unacceptable!!

One of my favorite bars in town. The food will surprise you, it’s great. The bar tenders and staff are great and lots of fun to sit at the bar with. If you want a great app, I suggest the mussels, you will love them.

Drinks are too expensive. I recommend only ordering beer no shots if you don’t wanna break the bank. Very creepy people come frequent here. I stopped coming by myself because I always get hit on by some old weirdo who’s older than my father. Some guy pissed on the patio where you smoke. Seen people snorting cocaine on the patio & accidentally walked into a girl doing some lines in the bathroom. Plus side is they have 2 pool tables so you don’t have to wait.
