Just picked up an online order through the drive through and was helped by a Hispanic man (didn’t catch his name)
Was immediately given a speech with major attitude about how I’m supposed to pick up my order faster. Stating they “threw away my order and were making it fresh because I took too long to pick up” as well as saying “if we were to have given you your food cold you would have gotten sick and would have blamed us”. Excuse me?
First of all, I mean I appreciate the thought I guess? But why have such attitude and address it in that manner?
I placed two pickup orders for my family and the first restaurant took a long time to have our food ready which is why we arrived 30 minutes after the “estimated pick up time”.
Secondly, isn’t that why we share our location in the app? So you guys can see when we’ve arrived and can start preparing our food?
He also very rudely asked if I understood what he was saying as if I’m some kind of idiot. Yes I understood I was just taken aback by how we were being treated.
Idk if he was just having a bad day or what but he should not be working in customer service..

Do not spend your hard earned money here. I ordered through DoorDash & the dasher dropped off the food at the wrong location. I never got my order or my money back. I have tried to get my money back for almost 2 months now. I tried calling the store numerous times to get it resolved but the phone is shut off. I had to drive an hour just to be told they can’t help me. I had to contact corporate numerous times & they couldn’t help me either & said DoorDash had to refund the money. I called DoorDash & they refunded the money to this exact location & I tried calling the store again, but surprise surprise they never answered. Corporate said they couldn’t do anything about giving me my money back. I know I’m never gonna see my $50+ back but I want other people to be aware that this location has incompetent people working here & Carl’s Jr corporate is incompetent as well & didn’t resolve my issue.

Enjoying my nice delicious meal, great atmosphere. Parked my truck in adjacent parking lot cause the rig was too big for the little Carls Jr. parking. Came out and my truck was gone and towed. So therefore one star review.

i travel most of the year for work and eat drive thru ofter. this place made gas station 2 am microwave food look and taste good in comparason, ordered 2 carl Jr’s only ketchup got only pickles, 2 big carls that were charged as doubles asked no lettuce light sauce, had extra lettce double sauce, asked for ketchup for sides got 3 packets for 4 people. waited 20 min for 2 people in front of us (1 drove off without food, i shoulda do e the same) and everything was cold and soggy. I was like they did it deliberately and $40 for this mess. Not so Fast and Cold food plus poor service was a chore to get reciept and no mayo available and had to ask 2x to get 3 pack of ketchup for 4 people. kids meal chicken stars were like rubber, 2 or old never picky and looked like she was chewing on a dog toy until I tried one. had to heat everything! almost forgot kids meal altogether.

This is the third time I order something through the drive thru and receive a complete different order. I’m usually pretty good on checking my food before I leave but didn’t this time. Very disappointing. Also don’t get the lemonade, it has a really weird aftertaste

Horrible costumer service, we waited more than 30 min for our food. Apart from that the food itself was horrible. The server serving our food looked like he was intoxicated. Honestly the worst location ever !!!!

They have really quiet staff that work here, not very friendly as far as like conversations but they are respectful and polite they do their jobs very well. Thank you so much for the great food.

Depending on who is scheduled to open dictates whether they actually open on time. In fact I arrived before them and saw them hustling in 5 mins before opening. Waited 20 mins past 6am and just left. Otherwise I would be late to work. Maybe consider surprise inspections?
