Came at 9am. Website says store opens at 8am, I even called right before going in just for some woman to answer the phone to say they’re open but yet I go to the store and the door is still locked and open sign not on, just be lying for no damn reason lol

Slow moving employees. Waited forever annd then got skipped over. I had to interrupt to say we hadn’t ordered. Had to repeat ourselves multiple times for ingredients. The employee barely spoke to us and was not friendly. Only put 2 pieces of bacon on BLT. Almost forgot bacon on a turkey bacon and we had to remind her. Added a $1 up charge for something we have no idea what it was for. It honestly felt like we were a burden. Seemed like the employees hated their lives and were taking it out on the customers. Weird experience.

Brought a subway coupon, read the fine print, was told after my sandwich was 80% done, oh sorry our owner doesn’t accept coupons for that particular sandwich type… if you are not going to honor the coupons- then take the Subway off your exterior sign (also stop putting your employees in that crap position too)

My wife has went in lately and been ordering me a pizza sub. I noticed the bill the other day… $12! Turns out, they’ve been charging her for a sub called “the boss” and just removing all the meatballs, which is half the sandwich, so I told her to order that same sub and get the meatballs on the side, so I can feed my 15 year old dog something good (she will hardly eat). She did that a couple of times, but today the manager, Brandi or Brandy, was in and refused to put the meatballs on the side. My wife offered to pay for a bowl, and Brandi said that’s not the issue. There was a bowl right there. When my wife asked what was the issue, Brandi’s response was just “We don’t do that. You can either get it with or without meatballs.” Are you seriously kidding me?? We have no idea why getting meatballs on the side is a problem, and Brandi refused to say. When my wife said she’d gotten it that way before, Brandi said, “Well I wasn’t here. If I had been, someone would have gotten into trouble.” My wife said she was rude the whole time. I’m going to file a complaint with Subway. A little flexibility, or at least a reasonable explanation that isn’t “we don’t do that” would have been nice. Especially since I’m paying $12 for a sub. She also refused to put extra toppings on the sub. I’ve been to a lot of Subways and never encountered that. Terrible customer service. Very unprofessional.

THE WORST Subway for value in existence! I can’t post the photo of my VEGGIE sub that my husband read of my text. Wrong bread, no oil and vinegar pkts (REQUESTED) not even any napkins..ingreds so sparsely doled out they’re BARELY visible. $12 for the WRONG sub roll. And per past mistakes; only order menu items; ANY build your own is a $20 sub! I spoke to mgr who said they follow portion control. Well, I would’ve guessed that. BUT when sliced so thin you can read thru them???….& as expected she blamed a large catering order! OH! Well that makes up for my $12 bread roll! Always excuses! Just admit you’re a TERRIBLE franchise and move on.

They were rude, seemed not to know how to read the order as they were fighting with my sister who went to pick up the order till she showed proof we paid for it and every sub but one was incorrectly made then they had the audacity to tell me I was a liar even after I told them I will send picture proof. Ended up going to a location in florence and getting the subs made correctly and they refused to make it right at this location. I’d give zero stars if I could and don’t suggest it we will order from different places for now on.

It was lunch hour around town when I walked in I was only in line for approximately 5 minutes my sandwiches were made exactly how I wanted them in a very quick manner the staff checked me out and I was out the door in less than 10 minutes
