Ordered chicken parmigiana and the chicken was hard as a rock. This happened more than once. Do the Spanish cooks know to tenderize the chicken before cooking? Putting a ton of cheese on it does not make it parmigiana, it just makes it molted crap. Furthermore it was not hot. The youn girl that served us was hardly attentive and to be honest didn’t deserve the tip she received. Wife and I use to frequent once every two weeks, but for now on we will go elsewhere. I will never understand why restaurants can’t put out a good quality dish and be consistent. BTW by delivery driver in the Tesla acts and drives like a moron. One time he almost hit my wife. When I confronted him on it he denied everything. He is a French fry short of a happy meal.

Ordered two pizzas five hours ahead of when they were supposed to be delivered only for them to be delivered 30 minutes late and not baked enough. Wanted to try them for the first time but I wouldn’t again after this experience.. the pizza tasted okay but was definitely not baked enough. I recommend prioritizing orders that are placed ahead and way in advance.

A bit of a drive for me, but man its so worth it. Really flavorful, great portion sizes for everything, and the sauces in particular are great.

ONG, I just seem to have the luck to just find these restaurants that are just amazing. I have a show performance tonight at My Father’s Place in Glen Cove so this is why I am in the area. I need a place to get something before the show and I happened to come advertise Lorenzo’s Italian restaurant and pizzeria.
When you walk in, to know right away that you are in the right place just by the smell of sauce and pizza in the air. The restaurant is a very pleasant place to be with some wonderful decorations, a feel of being in Italy!! I was then more amazed when I saw their dishes, it brought back to the 70’s when I worked at Lenny’s Clam Bar in Smithtown. Those white dishes with the green stripes along the perimeter! Many memories.
Victoria my waitress was very nice and her service Amazing. I started with the baked clams that were just amazing. Whole clams (7) with plenty of that juice to dunk your warm and toasty Italian bread in! No diet tonight!
For dinner, I went with my usual favorite, the break pan with a side of linguini. The portion was very generous, hot and delicious!
Everything about this place is amazing! They even have a covered patio that you could sit at outside.
Lorenzo’s was an awesome experience and worth it for me to go way out of way (I live in the Hamptons) on that trip when I’m in the area!

Worst pizza I ever had. Crust was very thick and they use too much cheese, sauce lacked garlic and basil. I have eaten better pizza in Glen Cove.

I usually do not leave reviews but honestly first time we came great food all good ordered again my dad got a shrimp parm hero and as he was eating it he bit down on I guess was a chicken wing hidden inside the hero how it got there I have no idea but thank god he noticed as he was eating but there wasn’t just one bone it was 2. Very disappointed how does that even happen? Who knows I personally won’t be going there just a heads up to other people to make sure because that could have been really bad

I don’t know what you’ve changed in the restaurant but the food was absolutely disgusting that no one could even eat the dinner and I might as well have burned $110 because literally my money went into the trash like the food that no one could even eat it!!!! Don’t tell me you’re going to take care of me next time because I will not be ordering from you again!
