What a fantastic dinner at 1912 Restaurant in Glastonbury. Very friendly and welcoming service. Nicely and simply appointed interior. Caviar appetizer was perfect! 2nd course foie gras was perfect! Filet and lobster were perfect! Baked Alaska was perfect! Yes it’s all that good. Not giant size servings, but just about right. Only miss of the evening was the coffee as it wasn’t really hot and kind of bland coffee for everything else that was served. Would highly recommend trying 1912 for dinner.

They’re open only on Fridays, Saturdays, and special holidays, serving fresh new 4-course menu every week — which makes each visit feel exciting and exclusive. For our third course, we had steak and lobster, and it was absolutely delicious and beautifully prepared.
Jordan is an incredibly talented chef, and both he and Kristen are so friendly and welcoming. If you’re looking for a laid-back yet fancy dinner with amazing food and a one-of-a-kind experience, I highly recommend 1912 Restaurant.

We celebrated my friends 30th birthday party there and it was the perfect place for an intimate gathering. The menu is a pre set every week, but chef Jordan can modify most anything to the dietary restrictions of your party if needed. Very cozy space, beautifully decorated and so nice to support local! Highly recommend for a night out or a special occasion.

Been ordering chef Jordan’s meals for a while now but to be able to enjoy at his own establishment was a one of a kind experience. Intimate and very at home feeling. The night included a set meal which I won’t try and rewrite out of respect to the menu (just see image). All delicious. Will return.

The food was the best, the ambiance especially wonderful- the restaurant offered a dining experience that was comfortable and quiet. The service was top-notch. I had the tender lamb and perfectly seared scallops — both were absolutely delicious and clearly made with care. The flavors were balanced and refined and beyond what nearly everyone could whip up at home. You can tell Chef Jordan Patrick puts real thought into each dish and nothing was rushed.
The three-course pre-set menu is a great concept, especially with how well they use local ingredients.
