We went to The Grille tonight, and to say we were pleased is an understatement! The service was superb and the food probably the best I have had in the area. The portions were abundant and absolutely top quality! There should be a 10* rating. I highly recommend The Grille at Woodloch Springs.

Food was great, staff were friendly and efficient. View was beautiful.
Only issue we ran into was someone in my party could really walk well. And well there are a good amount of stairs. They DO NOT have an elevator for use for use. So consider this when coming. But other wise it was allll amazing

We stumbled upon this little gem of a restaurant by chance. The food was really good, we ordered the greek nachos, fish tacos and the black bean burger. Staff was polite and courteous and the view from this place was amazing!!

I recently dined at **The Grille Room at Woodloch Springs Country Club**, and I have to say it was one of the most frustrating dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. I ordered a simple salad, and when it arrived, I noticed **black spots all over the cabbage**. Immediately concerned, I brought it to the attention of the staff, who brushed it off by saying this was “normal.”

Normal? Are you kidding me? I don’t care what they claim—it’s pretty common knowledge that black spots on vegetables can be a sign of mold, decay, or other spoilage issues. Even if these spots weren’t mold, they certainly weren’t something I expected to see in a fresh salad at a restaurant like this. What’s even worse? There was absolutely no apology from the staff! They didn’t offer to explain the situation in detail, replace the dish, or even ask if I’d like something else. The level of indifference was shocking.

I was sitting there, disgusted by what was on my plate, expecting someone to at least acknowledge the issue, but the staff seemed completely unbothered. It felt like they couldn’t care less about addressing the situation or offering any kind of customer service. Instead of apologizing or offering to refund my meal, I was left sitting there with my inedible salad while the staff went about their day as if nothing happened.

How can a place like this think it’s okay to serve questionable food and not even offer a solution? It’s not just about the food itself; it’s about how poorly they handled the situation. The absolute lack of accountability, the poor training or perhaps even arrogance in dismissing my concerns, and the total disregard for the customer’s experience is baffling. A simple apology and the offer to replace my meal would have gone a long way, but instead, they chose to ignore the problem entirely.

To top it all off, the atmosphere was just as bad as the service. I left feeling insulted and completely ignored. There are plenty of restaurants that would value their customers and ensure a better dining experience—this is not one of them. I will never return to The Grille Room, and I urge anyone considering this place to avoid it at all costs. The combination of questionable food, poor service, and **lack of concern** for customer satisfaction makes this place a complete failure in my book. **Do yourself a favor and dine elsewhere!**

The food here is very hit or miss, though the servers are very attentive and the atmosphere is pleasant. The chicken in the chicken salad was overcooked/hard/dry, and there was not a lot of it, on the sandwich which was an over- large croissant. Fries were good, though. My wife liked her asian salad, but not a lot of imagination put into it.

Ordered take out. Disappointed that the French Dip had no dip. It was just a dry prime rib sandwich. Not listed that way on the menu. Also, the Italian Wedding soup containers were only half filled. Called with my concerns, but no satisfaction. On the positive side, the chicken wings were excellent.
