I came here on a late Sunday afternoon and really wanted a Matcha Latte with Almond Milk. Almond Milk option was not available on the kiosk, so instead I selected the oat milk option. As soon as I took a sip of it I tasted chai, which I NEVER even selected. And I was flabbergasted when I saw what was typed on the cup. I thought I picked up the wrong order. When I went back in to try to get it fixed the barista told me “I’m only following the instructions”. He wasn’t rude but I was NOT going to pay for another drink. I think the system is tweaking! I’m never ordering a matcha latte from Wawa. Literally the WORST experience ever!

This is a great location I got to visit. Food so delcious and thebstaff and securoty are nice team
Most customers are nice a few of them.may behave like they are hangry.
On two separate occasions the bananas have this level of rottedness.
But there is not much to do if your order is prepared and you discover it much later when you left the store and area already.
I could hardly eat the banans so Wawa was kind to resolve the issue.
On a separate visit i picked my own banana and it was fine.

The only thing I was truly looking forward to this morning was my coffee – I understand that it may be busy or orders didn’t go through properly but an iced caramel coffee that’s hot and ice was just thrown in and it does not taste like caramel what so ever – just truly disappointed – I had it delivered because personally couldn’t pick it up myself. And I can’t exchange it. but the food is great no complaints there!

It is currently 2:11am 11/05/25 Tuesday I am ridershare driver it is very difficult to find a restroom for some reason they have the restrooms closed. The security guard says the restroom closed. I decided to not be difficult. Give him a hard time but why is the restroom closed especially if you are serving food and beverages people have to use the restroom. I will definitely be calling corporate and leave a message because this is absurd. It is extremely difficult to find a restroom without being bothered at this time of night. Wawa and QuickChek are the only restrooms that are currently open at this time. We don’t have too many options.

I am sharing a rather uncomfortable and inappropriate experience I had at this Wawa. I was placing an order at the kiosk when I overheard a male employee discussing with another male employee about his sexual experiences. He was speaking VERY LOUDLY about sexual acts while he was supposed to be working. He was a younger taller male of lighter complexion (I wasn’t able to read his name tag) it was VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. I just found it to be very unprofessional and overall very disrespectful to those around him ( he had a female coworker right next to him) I noticed how she was trying her best to tune him out. I will be reporting this to the corporate office.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent experience this location. During my visit, one of the employees made a disrespectful and inappropriate comment about me under his breath, suggesting that I should place my order correctly to avoid issues after I had asked for the order to be remade. I want to clarify that my order was entered correctly, and the mistake was on their end. Even having the order remade was meant with attitude. Refrain from going to this location.
This behavior, along with the overall rudeness of the staff, made the store feel unwelcoming. I strongly urge this location to address these issues to ensure a better experience for your customers.

Every-time I come in and ask them a simple question very nicely not giving attitude or anything and some of the coworkers have a very nasty attitude. I don’t understand why they got to answer very rudely when asking a simple question. So unprofessional!

I don’t even want to give this place one star . When they first opened for business I was excited to have a WaWa close to home . When I went to order the women working in the Deli was an older women , there may have been 5 c like a turtlshe had no sense of urgency at all . Not to mention she keep cleaning her are and taking her time doing so , I observed she wasn’t able to multitask. But I’m being considerate she’s up in age and old school much like a grandma in her kitchen . Lol , but ! She wasn’t changing her gloves which I expressed my concern while handling my food , and she got an attitude . I asked her to change her gloves but she refused . I asked for the manager on duty who didn’t seem to care less … I just asked him to cancel my order and for a refund . A manager would normally apologize and satisfy a customers need .. I went again this morning assuming it may be a better experience and the same manager was behind the Deli , I ordered a bagel with berry cream cheese and the presentation was horrible!!!!! The bagel was oily , the outside of the bag was oily , and he slid it toward me on the counter without handing it to me appropriately. No respectable Customer service for a manager whom by the way doesn’t even smile to greet customers with an hello or a smile.. I realize the customer service these days are horrible at this point I don’t even like to go outside! Let alone spend my money in any establishment whom gives poor customer service
