I first discovered this place back in 2016 and have been enjoying the delicious pizza ever since. I no longer live in Cheyenne but come back regularly and always stop in for a great pizza. The toppings are fresh and as their motto suggests the crust is fantastic. I always receive friendly service from the staff and have never had a less than great experience!

The food is top-notch but what really makes them stand out is the excellent management and crew that work there. They always make me feel like a valued customer. they are beyond friendly and go above and beyond in customer service. The food is always fresh and makes any other pizza place taste like card board. Genuinely the general manager of this store deserves a raise she does everything right and makes this restaurant shine.

Best Pizza in Town. I’ve tried a lot of the pizza shops in Cheyenne, Mr. Jim’s is hands down the best – in my opinion. Fresh, tasty and priced right. Any modifications you request are always honored and always what you expect. Ready when promised and dependable and reasonable timeframes for a pickup order. Some local places take 45-60 minutes… and not worth the wait. I don’t eat pizza often because I’ve been disappointed with most of the places in Cheyenne, but I think I’ve found my favorite!!! Thanks Mr. Jim’s. Keep the quality consistent and you’ll always have me as a customer.

I am very disappointed in this location, the one on Laramie is very kind and makes better food than the location on Vandehei. Every time I have come here they mess up my order or take twice as long as quoted. There is no consistency in their product or staff. No one seems to know how to make a pizza here… super frustrated that I have to drive across town for the same chain for a better product and experience.

Easily 5 stars! Mr. Jim’s lives up to its reviews!! I tried it on my way thru town from northern WY to CO. Pizza was delicious!!! The hand-tossed Garlic Parmesan crust was perfectly crunchy around the edge, but not burned. Toppings were fresh, green pepper pieces were just the right crunchiness, cheese, pepperoni, ham, mushrooms were very good. Not even really greasy at all, which is a huge difference plus for me. I got the lunch deal, 10″ any pizza for $5.95. Definitely a GREAT deal!! Would highly recommend dropping in for some awesome pizza. (I didn’t use any, but they even have coupons, and online deals.) If I am ever out here again, I will definitely come back for a pizza. 🙂 (Boy who took my order was very polite.)

Really, guys? The pizza was okay, slightly underdone, but this “Family” sized bread was simply atrocious! $30+ bucks for an underdone pizza, and half of the bread ordered.

The pizza is very very good. And the customer service, especially by the manager Sarah, is excellent. We rarely have an issue with an order, but when we did, she personally contacted us to apologize, made it right, and followed up with the staff. I wish every company/store/restaurant had this good of customer service. Will definitely keep ordering from Mr. Jim’s on Vandehei in Cheyenne!
