For fast type food, definitely the gold standard. Similar to in n out to be honest. Staff locally are just Nice ! They truly seem to enjoy being there. Food speaks for itself, It’s Great chicken ! So like many successful businesses. Do something well and don’t try to do too much…simple always works… going there is..Our Pleasure : ) cheers

Very nice place first time visiting chick-fil-A. Was asked constantly if we need anything else very helpful staff. Got their right when breakfast ends and lunch begins. Ate a breakfast burrito was amazing way better then McDonald’s. And my husband had a sasage egg muffin was amazing too he said. Then we ordered lunch a chicken burger original was amazing too. And spicy chicken sandwich bread my husband loved the spicy chicken sandwich will definitely go back to chick-fil-A wish we had them on the oregon coast.

We haven’t been to Chick fil A much because I’m not a big fan of their sweet tasting batter. We went yesterday for a quick lunch and ordered 3 pc. Chicken strip meals. Have to be the smallest chicken strips that I’ve ever seen. Cost for what you get is pretty lacking. Otherwise staff was friendly. Place was clean. Good service.

First time I had been there, service was spectacular! You actually order from a real person, not a screen. They could even take cash right there, you didn’t have to wait to go to a window, they take your name and make you feel like a real person instead of a number. Then when you get up to what is normally a window it was a door and the gal ask me my name and said ok Nann that will be right out. They were very efficient called you by name 2 or 3 times. It was a very pleasant experience. I will definitely be returning there.

Food is always good and has good options. This location has a chill interior 🙂

This place is hype. My chicken club sammich was like eating at mcdonalds. I like their friendly service but the food is NOTHING special. Shack shack has a better chicky sammich. I thought I would try this place again but just like the last time, the food is nothing special. Until a person has eaten in Boise Idaho they will have no idea how good food can taste. I was in boise for 5 days and i ate out at each meal and I didn’t have a single bad meal.

The food is amazing for a fast food restaurant. The service is really kind and they are good at making sure you have a smile on your face. If they mess up they work quick to make sure it gets corrected. The building can be busy but its well worth the wait!

Stop here for fantastic service! Chick-fil-A is my go-to fast food dinner after the gym because of the healthy options (grilled chicken nugs & kale salad FTW). Tonight I accidentally forgot my wallet but didn’t realize until the order at the drive thru was in. I apologized and asked to cancel so I could go home and grab it. I turned the corner to leave and the manager asked me to stop a moment as I paused to let him know I had to cancel. Chris, the manager, comped my meal and I didn’t have to go home hungry after my workout. They did NOT have to do that but it was SO nice and really made my day. Great folks here, stop in for some fresh and tasty fast food!

Never ate here before.
Wanted to know what the hype was about this place.
Went through the drive thru and found it weird the guy taking an order outside the lane like dutch bros.
Was carrying everything around him like an ammo pack. Cash, change and so on.
Ordered just the chicken strips to compare with Carl’s jr chicken strips.
The chicken from fil+a had a weird aftertaste of metallic utensils.
Now Carl’s jr also has a aftertaste, but it’s their own smell .
Carl’s also gives senior discounts for all you older people.
I was not impressed with this place and probably won’t be back.
Customer service was better than the chicken .
