I got the smallest 3 pc chicken I had in long time. The prices are higher than advertised on the website. It’s inside a gas station and the whole area looks a bit rough.
This place is passable if you are in the area, but don’t bother driving especially for the chicken.

Had an awesome visit. The chicken was great! I’m not usually a fan of anything with bone in but I even enjoyed the wings. I’m also usually not able to deal with almost any spice, but the Cajon tenders were enjoyable and mild enough to be satisfying. Portions were also pretty good sized. Price was okay. Definitely recommend.

The East Street location doesn’t operate the hours it posted on its website. They shut down an hour before the time posted, don’t waste your time going there after 7pm it’ll be shut down. They need to change the time on there website so people don’t waste there time going there.

The guys that work here are cool, but sometimes they give me chicken that is not fresh. Which isn’t cool. I can only assume that’s leaving extra chicken under heat lamps is standard business practice though, so it isn’t their fault.
When the chicken is good though, it is really good. That just makes the old dry chicken that much more a disappointment when I get it.

Had a friend bring some one day. Thought the bone in chicken breading was really true to the name: crispy and crunchy. Truly some of the best breading I’ve had for fried chicken. It was, however, waay too salty. Tasted like it sat in brine too long. I thought maybe I just got a bad batch. Went next week to try some and it was the same deal. Super salty.
Also when I got in my car I realized they forgot my biscuit but that can happen to anyone so no big deal but I was just disappointed cause I wasted my time going back in to get one. It was a sad, tiny heap of dough doused in sticky weird honey glaze. I’m sure some people would like that donut but I think everyone would agree they’re pretty sad looking.

12 piece mixed fried chicken came out fresh and tasty. Ordered rice and beans to, really yummy and had a little kick!
