We ordered ahead on the app as takeout because we were crunched for time on the way to a wedding. When we got there (at the time the app had said it would be ready) they had not even started our order. When we got there and asked about it they said they hadn’t started because of how long it was (4 foot longs). They also looked incredibly annoyed to get a long order. They made us feel as if we were the problem. They were not understanding or accommodating. Two people walked in after us and their subs were made before ours. We waited 30 minutes for them to start making our order. They were not wearing name tags so I do not know which employees they were. If you’re in a pinch and need quick food. I would NOT recommend this location.

Several years ago, this was my favorite subway. It was clean, organized and efficient.
Things have most definitely changed. Veggies looked old. When I opened my sandwich, there was less steak and veggies than I have ever had. Mostly tasted like bread. Disappointing.

Firstly, their restaurant score is an 80! Should have turned around and walked out once we saw that, but didn’t want to travel to Leeds or Moody. Place is in Desperate need of a reno. Very dated, not the cleanest and the ingredients did not look or taste fresh. I’m pretty sure the meat was spoiled or something of that nature. Tried to take one bite and trashed it. My bread was hard as a rock! First and last visit. New to the area but we’ll just take the extra trip to a further location.

Horrible experience on 8/29/24. This was very surprising considering we have been eating at this Subway for years. Two teenage girls at the counter. The one was fine making food and doing her job. The other one (Kaylee) needs lessons in customer service. I placed an online order and my daughter was picking it up on her way home. Kaylee tried to tell my daughter they didn’t have my online order and did I order from the right store. Yes I did. While I’m on the phone with my daughter saying yes I have confirmation I hear her say “oh yeah here it is and you can just chill out while we get it done.” Wow! So rude! She then tells two other sets of people that come in we can’t get to your order we are busy and tells them to leave!! Oh my word! Neither girl has on a nametag and my daughter said one was dressed like a slob in sweatshirt…so she asks their names and BEFORE Kaylee gives her name she said “Are you gonna report me?”….um that’s a bad sign if you have to ask! Then she gave my daughter a free cookie 15 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready. I’ve left a msg for a Mgr Megan or Brooke to call me. We’ll see if that happens. I hope this place turns around! Argo needs a nice business. Turning people away rudely they won’t last long! So sad.

Usually this store is great but lately whoever is managing is not doing a good job. Out of meatballs, parmesan, and ranch. Order things before they run out. Also, they recently got an 86 on their health department scores which I’d also concerning.

Clean and friendly… (Update) December 14th 2024….. Restaurant was not so great on this visit. There are a lot of broken items throughout the restaurant. Restrooms were awful and there’s no hand soap. The lettuce, tomatoes and other items were not fresh at 8:30am this morning. The chip rack in front of counter is broken and falls on customers. The swing door to enter the employees area is broken. The drink machine is pulled away from the wall with trash behind it. No soap in restrooms so employees can’t be washing their hands in the restrooms. I had to clean the toilet before my kids could use it. Let’s Get It Together Subway….
