Don’t let the size of this place fool you. The food is awesome. The breaded tenderloin was was thinking and crispy with a flavorful cracker breading. I prefer my fries a little more crispy, but we’re still good. Service was great and prices were good.

Nice home cooking in the small, low-key town of Hamilton. They have very good burgers! The pork tenderloin was nice and crispy with tender and juicy meat. Wait staff was extremely attentive and polite. The Susie fries are alright, but a little on the greasy side.

Amazing little jewel in the crown of Hamilton Missouri! Kathy’s Kitchen screams hometown pride and down home cooking! It doesn’t take long for you to realize how awesome this place is when you walk through the doors, it’s loaded with atmosphere and a friendly staff, a HUGE menu with something for everyone. Situated right on main Street there is ample parking with indoor and outdoor seating… This will be the best part of your day!

There are cute places all over the country but then there are those few that just stand out from the crowd. This place is one of them. Unfortunately pictures don’t do it justice but at least you’ll have an idea of what to expect. There is seating inside and out, so if the weather is agreeable enjoy the fresh air.
This is hometown USA at its absolute finest. From the moment you walk in the door there are smiles everywhere. We were greeted by a lovely woman who made us feel as though we were part of a family we didn’t know yet. Everywhere you look inside this cute little restaurant there’s something to see that you missed at first glance.
As we sat there and people entered and left the waitress blew us away as she knew every one of them and called them by name… Our fellow customers also treated us as old friends and included us in the joking as they talked. Yes, It was just that amazing!
Kathy, (the owner) came out and gave us a warm hello and shared a bit of knowledge of the surrounding area sites to see. Even her husband was making jokes from the back.
We went there for breakfast because a fellow we met said this is the place to go and he wasn’t lying! Everything we had was wonderful, we both left full, happy and with delicious doggie bags! When we’re in the area again I know where we’ll be stopping!

Pros – Cute restaurant, waitress was very nice
Cons – Food was awful. Ordered steak fries (house fries on the menu but waitress said they are steak cut fries). Fries were so grease they were very limp and fell apart. Also ordered a taco burger. Bun was so soggy that I was unable to pick it up.

My daughter (11) and I stopped here for lunch while traveling south on hwy 13. My daughter asks a lot of questions, and our waitress was all for it. She was so kind and answered all of her questions with a fun energy. On top of the exceptional hospitality, the food was delicious. The atmosphere was exactly what I’d expected and hoped for driving through small town Missouri. We really enjoyed the experience we had at Kathy’s. Even as I type this, my daughter said, “Tell them I love them and thank you for being nice to me!” — THANK YOU!!!

We had a bus trip from, Columbus Indiana, of 56 people and Kathy was so accommodating for our group! The food was really good! I had the Baby Brother Basket and I highly recommend it!! Thank you Kathy & crew for the hustle and bustle for our group! We will definitely see you when we come back again!

Absolutely hands down the best Diner I have ever been to food is awesome with generous portions! The waitstaff is SUPER friendly! Kathy even came out of the kitchen to greet all of us! We are so thankful to have found this place! We will be using this place for lunch as much as possible while we are here!
