Wonderful experience. I enjoyed everything I ordered. The food tasted fresh and flavorful. Every dish had a distinct flavor.
Our server was very attentive. I liked being able to order by QR code, and the fact that the server was able to close our check at the table.
The restaurant was clean and beautifully decorated. Fancy enough for a special occasion, and casual enough to visit regularly. Everyone there seemed to be having a good time.

Really good food and service, staff super friendly and helpful. We had to leave early due to reasons, but the waiter thought we didn’t like the food and I felt really bad.. Recommended if you are looking for fancier halal food around O’Hare.

I recently visited Sorry Mommy and was immediately impressed by the service. The staff was attentive, professional, and friendly, deserving five stars.
The food, however, was a mixed experience. I ordered the Plov, and while the portion size was very generous, the dish itself lacked freshness and seemed to have been reheated. There was also a slight raw smell from the meat, though I understand preparation is a matter of preference. Unfortunately, the Lime Mint Mojito was quite disappointing and did not justify the price point. For the overall quality, the menu felt a bit expensive.
The atmosphere is lively, but the dining area is quite congested. The tables are placed very close together, making it difficult to walk through without disturbing other guests.

Service: 5/5
Atmosphere: 4/5
While excellent service is a significant plus, food freshness, flavor, and value improvements would significantly enhance the dining experience.

First time here. The restaurant was very clean. We need to order by scanning QR code to order. The waitress did not come the take order. She came to drop silverware and water. She answered one question that was it. We ordered two types of BBQ and they were delicious. We also paid from phone. Overall very little service. We still tipped. Based on the foods, we may come again.

Went to Sorry Mammy with some friends and honestly, it was amazing! The food was super tasty and the service was really great — the staff were friendly and made us feel right at home.
We ordered the Family Size meal for four and it was more than enough. We all ate well and everything was delicious, especially the chicken kebab — juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right.
The vibe was chill, and it was a perfect spot to hang out and enjoy a good meal with friends. Definitely coming back!

I’ve tried many Kyrgyz and Uzbek restaurants, and most of them tend to have a similar taste. Sorry Mommy was recommended by my family, and I’m glad I gave it a try it’s definitely a must-visit spot. The food was delicious, though the portions were a bit small for kebabs.That said, the quality and flavor made it worth it, and I’ll definitely be coming back again.

A wonderful cozy place, delicious Kyrgyz cuisine and excellent service! I’m eating here for the second time, from my favorite tom yum, honey cake and citrus tea! Special thanks to the waiter Khan, he serves amazingly! And when we came the second time, he remembered what we ate the first time! I was just stunned by what an amazing memory this person has! And for a waiter this is especially important! We are very happy! Thank you very much. But your seats move there, where are the booths, this needs to be fixed.☺️
