You’re better off taking the extra 3 minute drive to an actual Dunkin like on old country rd. This location is terrible to say the least. It’s like they throw a bunch of things into a cup and that’s that… drinks are never made properly and honestly I got fed up after the 3rd or fourth visit. I’ll pass.

I showed up and ordered some hash browns, as I was waiting, I noticed the girl in front of me in line was upset because the establishment gave her pick up order to someone else and refused to remake the order, even though she the cashier had given it to the wrong person, and would not take responsibility for her mistake, DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM THIS PLACE, they don’t care about you losing your time or money, I asked her multiple times to please remake the order for the young lady and she absolutely refused to and kept saying it wasn’t her fault and that they were understaffed

Service was good,as was the coffee. Unfortunately the bagel with cream cheese I ordered had hair in it. They need to wear hair nets. So disgusting won’t be going there again!!

I often stop at this store for a cup of hot coffee. Coffee is always fresh and service is great. Servers have a big smile on their face and they do their best to help you. I am not much of a donut person and never tried one.
