The breakfast sandwiches are pretty good, the bagels are super soft. I wasnt a fan of the coffee though, it was not good at all. The customer service wasnt the greatest either but overall not a place I’d go back to.

How cool that there’s a space/astrology themed cafe in CT! Loved the decor, and then menu had a bunch of great choices. We enjoyed our smoothies and sandwiches a lot! Even the housemade chips were delicious. We appreciated that they get their bread fresh from NYC daily! Everything was high quality. We’ll definitely be back when we’re looking for a healthy bite! Everyone was friendly, and it’s convenient that they have a drive thru as well.

This place gets 5 stars all around. A friend of mine recommended me to try it, so my son and I go every Thursday after his music class. The Thursday crew is awesome! I am picky and like my coffee and food with specifications and they NEVER drop the ball. Personally I think their standard for milk or cream in a coffee if you don’t specify is a bit to light, but every drink and food item I have had, made the way I like, is always so good! I decided to go on a Sunday recently and I will say, that crew was very lovely, but didn’t hit the mark like the Thursday crew always does. My tea was so sweet, my coffee was very light with almond milk, and I didn’t have any aioli on my sandwich because I ordered extra on the side so I think it got a little messed up.
BUT all of this to say, in the app when you order it always asks for feedback. I usually leave good ones, but I was very disappointed with the money I spent that day (considering it was my last hurrah meal before going back on a diet but I didn’t say that.) THIS MORNING I received the KINDEST message from the owner stating how he tried to make up for my bad experience. That to me gets 5 stars. I understand businesses aren’t always going to be a 10/10. We are human and make mistakes, but just having someone monitoring feedback so they can continue to be better when they are already pretty great is a win in my book. I love their food, coffee, employees, and vibes and would go back again and again regardless of my inconsistent day, but even more so knowing what they hold the standard to and how they handle it. Definitely check them out and get the garlic aioli wrap pronto!!! lol
P.s. I’m pretty sure a lot of stuff is home made so you gotta try their house made chips. So thin and crispy!!! Love love love!

Cosmic is hands down the best spot in Newtown for fresh, delicious food and smoothies. Every time I come in, the vibe is warm and welcoming and you can feel the positive energy the second you walk through the door. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and genuinely cares about making sure you enjoy your visit. The owner Matt is a young entrepreneur and you can see he cares a lot!

super cute, awesome food/drinks, but some of the employees aren’t the kindest. I totally understand if someone had a bad day, but I felt a bit judged every time I went. the only time I’ve been smiled at or kindly greeted is when I give compliments to them lol. highly recommend this place for the food and cute atmosphere, but not if you’re into personable customer service:)
