Almost all of my experiences I’ve had with delivery pizza from this location have been outstanding. Genuinely nice polite and kind owners/family.
That said. I was more than a little disappointed with my pickup pizza tonight. Crust was a virtual pita bread and had pepperoni added despite requests for no meat besides chicken. Everyone can have a bad day so I will consider this an anomaly. Probably wasn’t the best day to make these mistake as I was already committed to this review and photographed the store while waiting. I’m hopeful this was a one-off bad day and will be especially disappointed if the trend continues.

I’ve been super happy with this place since I started ordering from them. Every time I’ve left a simple instruction to call when delivering. This time I left that same instruction with the addition of leaving on the chair outside but apparently they just don’t have the time on Fridays according to the manager and the owner. Because I wasn’t notified, the grease ran from the pizza through the boxes and onto the chair cushion. The only solution I was offered was they aren’t liable for the furniture. Do yourselves a favor and read through the other reviews before giving this business your money. There wouldn’t have been any issue if they just called.
Edit to respond to their reply: Again, only part of the instruction was followed. I wasn’t notified that my food had been delivered. I didn’t specifically ask for “professional cleaning,” Dry cleaning was a suggestion I made after you refused to offer a solution.

I have to say that we tried this place for the first time and it’s absolutely the best pizza place on this Island. We ordered a few different pizzas and a few different flavors of chicken wings.
The pizza was delicious. All ingredients are high quality especially their cheese. Cheese is definitely real and they give you a good amount.
Chicken wings are amazing too.
I’m going to mention that they are also cheaper than many other places we have tried before.
I drove here all the way from Portsmouth because I like to make sure that the food I order comes from a clean place. I actually checked their kitchen out and it is absolutely clean and spotless.

Ordered the cheese sticks and a small cheese pizza. There was a bit of oil from the melted cheese but the crust was pretty crispy which we found good. The dipping sauce was pretty good.

Ordered a pizza. I live 2 minutes from store. 40 minutes after It was out for delivery I call for an update. After being put on hold for 7 minutes he picks up and tells me, he has no idea where the driver is and he doesn’t have his number?? Driver calls me 20 minutes later and says he gave it to some random person on the street. Impressive levels os incompetency involved here. Adult supervision maybe be required.

I love to support local businesses and Pizza Hollywood as always been my favorite. The pizza I got today was not good. Thin, and flat and looked like cardboard. I added pics. If you change the product please let us know. When I called to complain to owner hung up on me and said she was too busy. Wow terrible business owner.
The owner called me back to let me know she read my review and she didn’t hang up on me the conversation was over. I said I was still talking. Wow this lady is delusional if she thinks that it’s okay to treat anyone like this. Not I’m sorry we made you a terrible pizza. Which I did add photos. No she was too busy for me because it’s Sunday football.
I called and asked for my money back because the pizza was flat, thin and looked cardboard and I was very nice, the lady said she would call me right back. 20 minutes go by and I had to call back and at this point I was upset then you were rude and hung up on me. The conversation wasn’t over, I was talking still. Then I did call back because you hung up on me telling me I wasn’t important because it was Sunday football. The child who answered was rude because of the attitude you had when because I heard you say what you said. Then you called me back to say you read my review. you calling me a Karen because I was unhappy with my purchase. Not even what a Karen is so understand the word you use before using it because your not funny, learn English. This just shows people how rude you really are and unprofessional to pick a fight with me. I’m sure you didn’t look at the pizza that went out.
