Good food luckily cause the service is the worst! Mess up your order make you wait 20 min after you wait 20 mins. Then give you your cold half of the order and the rest they forgot to make the first time. Then offer NO discount, NO free food, NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY!

Fresh food, made really well food was fresh and shrimp/chicken was tender both times! I also got the rice in one occasion and rice the other, both awesome. Price is good considering the shrimp and chicken combo. Crab ragoons were great and egg rolls too! I haven’t tried anything bad from here I will be back! Take out is packed well and the portions are filling for lunch or dinner.

My visit to this restaurant was unfortunately very poor. From the moment I entered, the heavy smell of smoke was off-putting and felt more like an American Chinese restaurant than the Japanese cuisine I expected.
The food quality was a significant letdown. I ordered the three-meat hibachi, and it was overwhelmingly sweet, while the steak included was tough and chewy.
There were also issues with the facilities and service. The bathroom was out of order, and despite my choosing to dine in, my meal was served in a plastic takeout container. While the restaurant appeared to be clean, it did not make up for the numerous other problems. I will not be returning.

Hibachi Express in Girard, Ohio is a pretty awesome place for take out. I live close to here, so after work I usually order take out and pick it up on the way home. I must say that it is some of the best fast food hamachi in the area. Ordering from their website is very easy, I’ve never had any issue with it. You can also call your order if you want.
My order is always ready when I arrive & has always been the correct order even time. The restaurant always looks very clean, well kept & organized. The prices, I believe, are spot on for the quality & quantity. I really like this place & recommend that you give it a try.

My wife and I enjoyed several dishes here. It’s a great place: clean, friendly owners and staff, great menu choices! They have QR codes at special parking spots that make it super easy to order from your vehicle. All you have to do is drive thru and pick up your order. Everything is very clean also. I highly recommend this restaurant. If you are driving on I-80 and are hungry, stop here!

The only thing I ordered was the Tempura Roll. If not for the pleasant service at the drive thru window, this would have been a 1 or 2 star rating. The roll was dry, other than the sauce on top. It seemed like the roll was burnt. If I didn’t sit there and wait for it to be made, I would have thought that it had been sitting for a while. The Tempura Roll was not good.
Next visit: I ordered the Habachi with Chicken, Shrimp and Steak to eat in. The Habachi, Shrimp and Steak were all very good. The chicken was just okay. It was a little dry. Service was good. Facility was clean. The music while I was eating was too loud for my liking.

I’ve gotten takeout here several times, and it has always been great! I generally do with the chicken hibachi. Meat and veggie portions are generous, everything is well cooked and tastes fresh. Prices are quite reasonable for what you get! There is a drive thru window (pickup only, you have to order ahead online) which is great for grabbing food quickly with the kids in the car.

This isn’t double chicken. I have more rice than chicken. If you’re gonna ring us up for double chicken give us double chicken because it’s what we paid for. If you’re not going to put double chicken in our bowl then don’t charge us. Next time I come in I better have what I paid for or me and my friend won’t come anymore and we’ll go to a different habachi place and you’ll lose two customers. I’ll give you one more chance. Next time I better have double chicken. You clearly cut the chicken up into smaller pieces to make it look like it’s extra.
