Watch these people my total on my receipt says $31.82 tell me why they charged me $63.64. I only ordered (2) regular Philly Cheesestake meals. Never again. I asked for Chicken Philly and was given Steak instead. Tried calling the store with the number on my receipt and it goes to a fax machine and when I google the store number that number was disconnected.

Not sure about the food. Stood at the counter for 5 minutes, 3 feet from the guy working on 10/1/2025 at 5pm. He ignored me for the first couple minutes. Then he pulled 10 fries and 6 or 7 wings from the fryer. Right in front of me. Never said “Hi” or “I’ll be right with you” or “just a minute.” Just total silence, and TOTALLY avoiding eye contact. Rather than waste my time with customer service like that, I walked away and stopped at Jersey Mike’s on the way home.
They at least pretended to appreciate my business…

I LITERALLY STOOD THERE FOR ABOUT 2 MINUTES ON PURPOSE TO SEE HOW LONG IT WOULD TAKE FOR THE CHILD BEHIND THE COUNTER TO LOOK UP FROM HIS PHONE… NOT UNTIL ANOTHER CHILD FROM THE BACK CAME UP FRONT TO TELL HIM UP LOOK UP…. THEY BOTH LOOKED AT ME AS IF I WAS THE PROBLEM NOT THE FACT THAT THEY WERE ON THEIR PHONE TO BEGIN WITH… THEN I SEE ANOTHER CHILD IN THE BACK VAPPING… THESE ARE CHILDREN YOU HAVE WORKING HERE IT’S A SHAME BC THIS IS THE WORST CHARLEY’S I’VE EVER BEEN TO THE ONE IN CHICAGO RIDGE MALL IS WAAAAYYY MORE PROFESSIONAL NOT TO MENTION THE SANDWICH MARKET KEPT PLAYING WITH HIS AIR PODS FIXING OR ADJUSTING IT WHILE STILL WEARING THE GLOVES HE WAS MAKING THE SANDWICHES WITH I SEEN THAT AND CANCELED MY ORDER…. AND KEPT MOVING HIS DREADS OR LOCKS OR WHATEVER HIS HAIR OUT OF HIS FACE …. Today is my birthday I wanted was Charley’s from Southlake mall. The three individuals behind the grill were just standing around when they saw people come up to the register. When I finally got service I was told they were only selling fries & drinks. I was so disappointed as this is not the first time this has happened to me. Please get new staff immediately.

At 11:10 on Monday 10/14, we stopped by and were walking past looking at the menu—the lady working there came out from the back and shouted at us that they don’t open until 11:30. First of all her tone was very rude, and second of all we were standing pretty far back showing we were just looking at our options. I will definitely not give them my service ever again after that. Not only does the time on google say they open at 11, but there was no reason for her to shout at us when we were just looking.

I have been coming here since before my daughter was born and we continued to come her because it had become our place and we used to come so much the employees knew our order we hadn’t stopped in for awhile and decided to get some today and I must say that the service and quality of the food has gone down drastically and its disappointing that it isn’t worth eating there anymore.

Tried to place an order at 7:15 and was told they were only serving fries and drinks. Times are misleading. Closing an hr early with a mall full of people. Im sure they’re missing out on money.
