Tried Caliente for the first time. They recently opened and I stopped in to support local business. Went with the chicken Fajita dinner plate. Comes with a good amount of sides. Thought it was okay. The tortillas are tiny and were a little soggy from the takeout packaging. Wife went with chicken Nachos and was happy.

The restaurant in Dartmouth just upgraded the interior and it looks really nice. The food here is always excellent, the crew working behind the counter is always super friendly and they give you very large portions. I would recommend this restaurant highly if you’re looking to get a real tasty lunch or dinner if I’m not a lot of money.

As someone who has lived in the Mexican food capital of the United States (San Diego), let me tell you, the birria here is LEGIT. The tortilla is not greasy and holds the birria together nicely. The consommé is delicious, I can’t recommend this place enough.
